Customer Reviews New Balance 720v4

I've had these for a couple of months now, and like them more than their predecessor, the 720v3. I'm a heavy underpronator and actually had to have surgery related to it in the past. These shoes offer great support in that area. I feel the cushioning is superior to the previous model, and now that I've gotten used to the thinner upper material I prefer it as well. They run truer to width than the v3 as well. Previously the 4E was still a bit snug, in these the 4E is more giving, bordering on too loose but not quite. Love these shoes, ordering a second pair now to extend the shelf life. Highly recommended!

These are my second pair of New Balances from Zappos for running. First pair was so good i ran on them from 2013 to now for road and treadmill running. Bought these ones in a size 14 (my normal sneakers size) but they clipped on the big toe so i exchanged it for the size 15 with Zappos outstanding exchange policy. The 15 felt great. Im neutral to underpronator and I run 3-4 times a week 4-5 miles each run. 6'6" 230lbs so i put quite a lot of weight on these running shoes. Retired military with a lot of overuse injuries so it's all on the treadmill now. These offer moderate support so Yes I recommend and Yes i will buy again.

While these look great, I found them to be a bit off. I ordered a size 11-4E, and what I got feels more like a 10 1/2-2E. The toe box is definitely too narrow. I highly suggest ordering a half size up, and if you need a toe box that's wider than a 2E, I suggest foregoing these and looking at another shoe.

Comfortable. Fit well. Super cushy sole and insole. Lots of support. Made in Vietnam.

A nice New Balance shoe. Bought this for my husband who has a very wide foot. He liked the width and the lightness of the shoe. Color was very nice. He has trouble finding very wide shoes with fit and style and he likes these shoes a lot.

I have owned many pairs of New Balance shoes, but these are by far the most comfortable. Wore them all day right out of the box with no problems. They have the perfect level of support and cushion. Highly recommended!

11-4E is what I always order in New Balance and typically it is always a great fit. Unfortunately, these felt like they were 10 regular widths albeit being 11-4E. So heads up! They run a bit on the small side.

Extremely happy with both New Balance and Zappos. Both companies continue to exceed my expectations. Could not be happier with my new shoes and the service from Zappos! Well done.

Comfortable shoe, but I like my old New Balance shoes better. As I've read in other recent reviews, their shoes do seem more narrow than before.
