I loved the shoe, but it was just too large. I order an 8 wide when that choice is available, but this seems to run larger than other shoes I have ordered. So I am sending them back not being sure of the size I need to replace them.

I love the material & yellow color but shoe was too wide & ran larger than normal sizing. Also gapped at arch area.

The leather is soft and comfy. Disappointed that they did not fit me correctly, my big toe touched the top of the shoe, yet my heel came up in the back.

Cute shoes but not for me. Very flexible sole and soft leather offered no support for my flat feet.

These shoes could be called a "skimmer." I will need to find a neutral summer flat that is quite a bit more substantial and more supportive.

I was so looking forward to wearing these shoes in the summer, but unfortunately, due to a hammer toe I have, I would need a roomier toe area, andtherefore I will have to return them :( They felt comfortable, except for that "little" problem. And definitively very pretty to wear with summer skirts and pants. Loved the color!

These shoes were too small and did not offer enough arch support.

I loved this style, and the silver goes with everything without looking "flashy". I really wanted to keep a pair, but the 8 was too short, the 8.5 too wide (I wear 8.5 in Jambu and Born). I have a long narrow foot, but B width is usually OK. Sadly I will have to return both.....but I will NOT be able to use the box Zappos shipped them in, as the larger boxes are too flimsy for more than one pair of shoes. The tape was not put on well by Zappos either, and both ends were totally split and loose and one end split halfway down from a corner; I don't know how the two shoe boxes stayed inside! UPS was obviously partly to blame, but if Zappos is going to use UPS, they should use boxes that will stand up to the handling, and arrive in good enough shape for the customer to be able to return the shoes in. I could not use the box again, and it was a pain to go find one that would fit well enough. That said, I will continue to order from Zappos, but not more than one or possibly two pair at a time and hope for the best.

I ordered these in the silver, and loved the look. However, the right shoe seemed different in the footbed from the left. Knowing not all shoes the same size, fit just the same, I ordered a half size smaller, 8 and another pair of 8.5's, to see if I could get a more comfortable fit. They slipped on my heel, unlike most 8.5's. I really tried to keep these, but they will have to go back, sadly. The silver goes with everything. Just not made for my foot I guess.

These shoes are so cute and I really wanted them to fit. I have a medium to narrow foot size 8.5 or 9 depending on the shoe. In this particular shoe the 8.5 was too short and the 9 too wide. Still in search of the right shoe.

This is my first Clark's purchase; after having read about the cushion and arch support, I had high hopes. The 5.5 fit well and they are a cute style, but the heel rubbed on the back of my heel causes major blisters within a couple hours. They also don't have as much overall support as I was hoping for (both arch and structure of shoe). I've had 3 knee surgeries, so I need that support. I hope they'll break in and not rub so much on my heel which is why I gave 3 stars for Overall and Comfrt.

These shoes are cute, I tried the 7.5 and 8 but they are uncomfortable (to me) in the toe box area with the perforation. They also slipped in the heel a bit and did not have much support.

I really liked the look of this shoe, when the medium width felt way to small my foot was crammed into it. The length was short and the width was snug, this isn't unusual for my just a little wide foot, I was surprised it was short in length. So I ordered the wide width in the same size, it was the correct length, the width was good, but was too wide in the heel. So that pair went back as well. It is worth trying this shoe if you like the style, but the sizing seems iffy.

Nice shoe but had to return because they were too wide and were too tight with an insole. Had hoped they’d be a nice casual go to as I do a lot of walking but like cute shoes but they didn’t work for my narrow bony feet.

The shoes are quite comfortable. I walked all over India with them. I wore them on a plan, I've used them quite often - and they are the worse for wear for it. They fell apart and show all the places I've been on them. So, get them if you're alright with a shoe lasting a season. Don't get them if you need something more durable than that.

I normally wear an 8 1/2 wide. I ordered these shoes in 8 1/2 wide. They fit good, but the top of the shoes across the toes hurt so bad! I didn't even have them on five minutes and I had to take them off, they hurt so bad. They may stretch out, but they are too expensive to keep and take a chance with. I sent them back.

Very cute shoes, I wore this shoe 4times and I developed a blister on the top of my great toe. I like the shoe so much but I'm returning it and trying a large size. I have very wide feet and ordered the wide 9.5.

Loved this shoe, however, it was bigger than the 8 wide I usually order. Will re order in a 7.5 wide and hope it fits like a glove!

I loved the look of these and support felt pretty good, but they kept rubbing on the top side of my foot. I had to return them because they just were not comfortable. Super bummed because they were really cute and I have been looking for a long time for flats are actually cute yet still have good support.

I have worn and loved many Clarks brand shoes, but these fit me very poorly; they cut into the top of my foot.

Cute casual flat. The "burlap" border and rubber sole are not as dressy as I was looking for. The heel slipped a lot and was not comfortable. Sending them back.

I purchased this shoe in Silver Leather 7.5M and will have to return them. They feel a bit short and the toe cap is too narrow for my foot. Granted I do have a wider foot in the toe area and a high arch.
