Wanted these to fit. They are cute and seem well made. Just a little too tight on my bunion even in the wide.

wide feet people need to know that the toe box on these adorable shoes is kinda narrow. If your feet aren't terribly wide at the toes, you'll probably love the way these fit. i really wanted these to work.

Shoes are comfortable, leather is soft & flexible. Like the non-slip sole. Easy to wear summer style. Pleased with purchase. Appreciate the next-day delivery!

I am not a flat shoe person, however, after fracturing my hip, I needed to be a little smarter. I purchased these shoes and, wow! I love them. They are like walking on clouds. I am presently online to purchase another color. These are going to be perfect for our trip to Europe in May. Stylish and more comfortable than I ever imagined!

Loved the shoes they are very cute and light. But there is NO arch support. I was hoping they were similar to other Privo shoes I have. I have 70 year old feet and need arch support.

I purchased my first pair in red( wide width) Pretty comfortable -except over the top of my foot after wearing for a few hours. Think they will stretch out eventually- but who wants to wait for comfort? I also purchased them in pewter in 8W. They came in out of the box feeling wider and more comfortable. Maybe made in a different factory? Anyway- very happy with these shoes overall- classic and comfortable, but color can vary the fit I guess.

These shoes are SO cute but they felt very uncomfortable on. They were long enough and wide enough and it's hard to explain but my foot felt cramped inside the entire toe area. I wanted to convince myself to keep them because they look so nice but if a shoe isn't completely comfortable, I just won't wear it. So with great reluctance, I'm sending them back. I love Clarks and am surprised that these aren't as comfy as the other Clarks I own.

Very cute, but digs into the top of my feet a bit. Hoping they will stretch.

I love the style of this shoe and really wanted it to work. It simply did not have enough cushioned support to accommodate an old ankle injury. If you have 'normal' feet, you'll love this shoe except be sure to order 1/2 size larger than your usual size. I did not find the shoe to be overly wide in the heel (which so many shoes these days seem to be) so a medium/B width on my narrowish foot was fine. Great shoe; wish it had worked for me!

I really like this shoe but I am returning it as the top part of the shoe and my foot do not get along. Its much more my issue than the shoes. I found the shoe quite comfortable. Nice footbed, nice rounded toe area. Enough arch but it is a flat. I liked the sole of the shoe with the grip vs just slick. I did not notice any issue with the jute - it makes a cute sporty addition to me. I worked and worked to get the shoe to work with my one foot.... just was not to be.

Fairly good arch support, nice looking shoe; but after wearing them for a few weeks it has become very uncomfortable as it seems to be cutting/pressure to the top of the foot.

I bought a size 10 in “sand.” I wanted a cushioned, flat shoe that would look good in a “business casual” office. I also wanted a breathable exterior for Summer sweaty feet. These shoes delivered! The top-line nearest the toe-box had to stretch the first three days I wore them. After that they have become really comfortable.

Like this style very much. So much so, that I have ordered seven, in multiple colors, trying to get the size right. The problems I have with my feet are: One foot is slightly shorter and narrower than the other. The other foot has a slightly larger joint below the big toe, on the ball of the foot. That joint can be irritated if the sole has too much flexibility or if the shoe cuts across that joint. No big problems like surgery, bunions and alike. Doesn’t sound too bad but Zappos can attest that I have a real problem finding shoes. I worry that they will change their policy and tell me that I am no longer welcomed to shop their wonderful website. They make ordering and returning easy and fast. Absolutely the best customer service! Now on to these shoes. Red Leather, 8W, width seemed good until I slid my foot forward in the shoe causing a full 1/2 inch gap at the heel. Red Leather, 7.5 M, width was just a little to narrow. Two of the 7.5 W, just now, became available and I ordered it Sand Leather, 8M, width was good but again there was extra length and my heel slipped. Sand Leather, 7.5W, width was too wide and they were gaping on the side and way too long. I thought the sizing on it was off on this particular shoe because....... Black Leather, 7.5W, finally, a decent fit but I ordered the Red and Black in a 7.5 M, just to be sure. Both were too narrow and didn’t work for me, but almost. I am keeping the 7.5W in the Black and hope that the Red in that size will also fit.

These shoes were cute, but they cut across the first knuckle on my big toes. If I had loved the color more (I ordered beige), I would probably have worn them around the house a few days to see if they would stretch at all. I was trying to be practical and order a neutral, but this was just too neutral for me. Plus I decided to buy some more sandals, it being summer and all. Thanks Zappos for letting me change my mind!

These shoes are so cute and comfortable. Perfect for walking around city, to and from train. Didn’t rub or press at all. Fit great right out of the box. Make my size 11 feet look dainty. Good cushioning and molded support without being heavy. Super soft felted finish on footbed on the warm side.

This shoe has a shallow toe box so feels short. I reordered a half size up. The band around the top still felt tight. I wore them with socks for a couple of hours to stretch the band and that seemed to work.

I really wanted these to be better. I bought them as my street shoes for commuting as I walk a lot to the bus and train. Usually I buy boat shoes but wanted to get something that went a little better with my summer dresses. Overall they are cute and comfortable but I have had issues with Plantar fasciitis in the last year and these are just not supportive enough for me. Thankfully they are roomy enough that I can put inserts and still have plenty of room.

I got the 8.5 W (typically what I wear); these fit pretty well, especially on my (larger) right foot with bunion (ha). The left shoe is a bit loose on my (smaller) left foot but I wore these all day with no problem -- very comfortable -- and a heel pad in the left shoe should make them fit even better. Comfort is fine; I would like a bit more arch support, but for the price ... I was surprised that the style of the actual shoes didn't look quite as nice in reality as in the photo, but that could just be me.

I like Clarks so thought I would give it a try. I wear a size 9 but felt I needed more room so returned and order a 9.5. This feels better for me. Very comfortable and can wear with anything and easy to just slip on.

These are super cute and comfortable enough for walking in, however they are smaller than Clarks normally run. I have other flats from Clarks and these were so tight that I had some blisters starting right away just from walking around the house. I'd say order a half size up. I'm exchanging min for a bigger size and hoping the bigger size isn't too big and my foot slips out, which can happen with flats. Hoping the size up works because otherwise my toes are too squished in these.

These are cute and comfortable but I didn't realize that they are lined. Seem like they would be very warm in the summer, so I am planning to return.
