I’m always happy with Zappos service. However, the last several pairs of shoes I’ve ordered had obviously been returned by someone else. The soles are dirty. They are in shoe boxes that have not been put back together properly. They do not leave an impression that I’m getting a brand new pair of shoes. It’s a bit disappointing that someone is not inspecting them before being shipped.

I had read that the black was not true black but I'd call this denim blue or even grey before I'd call them black. But that works for me. As this was my second pair of Ecco sandals I knew I should size down. These will be great walking sandals with soft upper and flexible sole. Very happy with my purchase!

Stylish and comfortable. I finally found the right sandals to take on a trip where I will be doing quite a bit of walking.

I want more support than this sandal provides. Not as comfortable as other eccos I own.

Awesome shoe but wider than a medium width. Foot kept slipping through the top strap.

This shoe is so comfortable. But not worth the price. The top is elastic and some thin material over the toe bed. It would be perfect for 1/2 the price but not full price. I don’t see where Ecco came up with this price for the material involved. Disappointed in wasting my time and Zappos time and shipping.

They are not very comfortable shoes and does not has the support I was looking for.

Ive these shoes but they are not blacks advertised. Lovely shade of grey blue but not black. They also have a white/cream sole that is not attractive. It might be the style but not my style. Wish it were not the case I love ecco shoes and sandals, but these will go back.

the straps are not adjustable and were too loose on my foot. Otherwise, liked the shoe.

Comfortable, cute, and on sale! Wore them for over six hours straight out of the box; on my feet nearly the entire time. Ecco did not disappoint me on this style!

SO comfy! The soles, the fabric, the cross-over part -- everything about this shoe is comfortable. Love 'em!

Very comfortable right out of the box. More support than a typical flat sandal. Thanks Zappos for your great service... I ordered two pairs & returned one - return credit was posted to my credit card account the next day!

I wear an 8 so ordered the 7-7.5 and it was perfect. These are the most comfortable sandals ever! Nothing rubbed, chafed, poked or irritated. I have been getting nothing but compliments on them and I can't say enough good things about them. Loved them so much I ordered the black, which is more of a charcoal gray but fine by me.

This sandal is absolutely adorable and excellent quality. Unfortunately it really is a size 5. I wear a 4 or 4.5 in other brands. Ecco brand runs larger than Naturalizer or Walking Cradles, I wish a company like Ecco would make a smaller shoe, or others would step up in quality.

A LITTLE LONG, BUT OKAY... JUST NOT MY FAVORITE

I love these shoes - I ordered the licorice in my regular size 8 &1/2 = 39. The color is actually bronze across the toe and heel and tan & black cross straps. They are super comfortable, the cross straps are soft & stretchy and did not bother my high instep at all. And not tight across the toes. They feel secure on my feet and have great padding and tread - perfect for long walks. A really terrific looking shoe.

Nice arch support and the stretchy straps do not pinch. I am very pleased with these sandals.

LOVE these shoes. This is my 3rd color. So comfortable. If 6 stars were available I would give them all 6!

Very comfortable sandal, not really black, more like gray/blue, but a very versatile, goes with everything color. I wore my first pair so much, I just got a second pair. Highly recommended - many compliments!

Love these Ecco sandals!! I was looking for a pair I could wear backpacking Europe that were versatile-- could dress up, and wear as walking shoes. They ended up to be perfect for traveling! These sandals are cute and extremely comfortable! I walked many miles on my trip, dressed up with them, and even wore them in water. I washed them in the washer and they look brand new again! They only took 2 days to break in. True to size, and the brown sandals looked just like the picture!

Great Sandals. I have several pairs of Ecco sandals and these are my dress up pair while the others are more utilitarian. They are very comfortable. I had ordered these in size 41 but had to return them for the smaller size 40.

This is a very cute shoe, lightweight and comfortable. However, the 35s are way too big for a US size 4 foot. I'm bummed that I have to return these.

Truly comfortable shoe for vigorous walking while traveling in humid, hot places. Sturdy even on cobblestone. Have purchased the bronze color and the beige color but am returning these as they appear more navy blue than black to me. Tried numerous styles and brands before finding these for trip. Thank you, Zappos, for allowing me this opportunity.
