Very narrow for a wide width. Cute, but too high and just too narrow for me to keep. Quality seems exceptional though. Wish they came in extra wide.

These shoes were so cute & comfy.....and I really wanted to keep them. But they would not stay on my heel:( My normal size of 8 was way too short in length )my toes and heel almost hanging off the end. So I tried an 8.5 . Which that fit in length it then made it too big and would not stay on my heel. Too bad , because on sale this shoe was just a steal!

I admittedly have a wider foot. The front of the shoe was too narrow so my forefoot didn't extend to the end of the shoe, leaving my heel to hang off a bit off the back of the shoe. I had to return. the arch did feel wonderful though!

I don't usually need to seek out shoes with arch support or wider-than-normal width. I've got your typical set of size 7.5 feet. These shoes felt very narrow. I returned the 7.5's for a pair of 8's. Still too tight. My toes fell asleep while wearing these, and the outer edge of the bottoms of my feet were very sore. Sad to say these are going back. On a positive note, these shoes are light as a feather, and would be very easy to walk in if not for the toe and foot-bottom discomfort! The fabric on these wedges is also very soft to the touch. Maybe if the fabric had a little more give, they'd be easier to break in.

I really wanted to like this sandal, as it is a great shade of nude and a good mix between comfort and fashion for my mom life. However, my size 11 feet hung at least a full size off the back, if not more. Plus, in real life they looked a bit more matronly than I had hoped.

Cute shoes but absolutely no arch support. I have several pairs of the Clarks Caslynn and they just aren't as comfortable. Returning.

Normally I would give these shoes a 5-star rating, as I already own 2 pairs of this style (in sand and navy) and find them to be some of the most comfortable shoes I own. But the new pair I just received squeak so loudly when I walk that I would be embarrassed to wear them in public. My other pairs do not do this, so maybe I got a defective pair.

Did not realize these had VELCRO closures. Since I'm not 80 or 8, I had to return them. Bummed because they were super comfy.

Cute and comfortable sho when standing still, but while walking it seemed that its design made my foot want to roll inward having me believe I was headed for a sprained ankle if I wore them.

These are not the same as the old caslynn shae even though they look alike. There's something different about the insole on these that to me felt uncomfortable and like my foot wasn't sitting down in them all the way. It was very odd. They still LOOK the same- like those great caslynn shaes which I can't say enough great things about. I only wish I'd bought those in more than just two colors. I'm going to give the Ainsley tulips a try and see if those are better. The insole on those looks more like the caslynns without the odd stitched channels these have. Sadly, these are going back. But I definitely won't be giving up on clarks as many of my most comfortable shoes for my wide and hard-to-fit feet are from clarks. And of course we all know zappos rules.

Super comfy, but an awkward height for me-- not high enough to be heels, but aren't flats. Cute shoes, but not my style. The bottom of the shoe turns up slightly near the toe, so you don't get that "clunking" feeling as you walk. Great shoes, just not my style. They run slightly small, I had to exchange them for a half size larger.

Have this shoe in black nubuck and love it -- but these squeaked when I walked.Disappointed!

Had an interesting experience with these Clarks. I wear a 7.5 - 8, on the slightly wider side of medium. I first ordered the Aisley Tulip in 7.5 Wide, thinking it would be perfect. They were the right length, but so big around my whole foot that I couldn't tighten the ankle strap enough to keep them on to walk in. Zappos was out of the 7.5 Medium in the Tulip, so instead I ordered the Annadel Eirwyn in 7.5 Medium. When they arrived, I couldn't even get my foot into them to try them on. Clearly they were too short and narrow. Of the two pairs, I liked the look of the Aisley Tulip better in person, and if they had fit I believe would have been more comfortable. They were nicely made and I liked the top-stitching more in person than in the picture. The Annadel Eirwyn looked less finished with the raw leather edge. I ordered both in white. The Tulip is a slightly creamy white, and the Eirwyn is true white. Just what I was looking for in a white summer sandal--but unfortunately not meant to be. I gave up and ordered Dansko Season instead.

I was looking for a beige shoe like the Clarks Caslyn Shae but this isn't it. I could wear the Caslyn Shae all day and not feel it on my feet, I have only the black and was hoping this style would be similar. It's tighter and not as soft, the strap is thinner and overall just not comfortable. I will have to send it back.

So I'll just say off the bat, I have bad feet with no arches...but was still pretty confident these would fit as I have another pair of Clarks almost just like these...Soooo, I was surprised that these were narrower, with very little arch support (almost felt like I was falling inward) and the strap on the back rubbed up against my ankle bone. They LOOK adorable, but my other pair are so comfortable, I was disappointed these fell short. Had to return.

I've worn and been very happy with Clarks for many years. This style was purchased in same size/width I've always comfortably worn before. Yet, they are too short, and too tight.

I ordered an 8, I couldn't even get my foot in. I compared it to another Clark 8, very similar style and the length is 1/2"+ shorter. I'm thinking they marked the shoe wrong. When I first took it out of the box, it looked like a mini shoe and I knew it was not going to fit.

Fit was true to size and is a great neutral color however there is no flexibility in the shoe itself and it's not comfortable. It feels like I'm walking on two wooden blocks.

These shoes squeak so bad that it really doesn't matter how they fit.

I bought these shoes in the past. The top straps were too tight. I am extremely disappointed.

Honestly I’m so disappointed with these shoes. I genuinely thought they’d fit my wide feet, but the straps have absolutely zero stretch, so if your foot is a bit too wide, you’re straight out of luck. I just would guess that a wide sandal would have at least a bit of elastic in the strap. Obviously they were returned.

The width is wide, feels and looks wide, even my husband commented it looks wide (he worked with women shoes before). I expected a normal width, that's why I ordered a size 6. If I have known this is the normal width, I would have ordered a size 5 and half. I've ordered a normal width on size 5 and half before and it was tight towards the afternoon time. I hate returning stuff, I don't have time packaging and mailing it back. I just have to work with it.
