I got these in a 12 EEE. They fit snug and are the correct length and width. It just took a day to get used to them and get them seated in. I'll be taking them to Costa Rica at the end of August to use as hiking shoes and for other Water/Jungle related activities. They fit great and snug.

Wow! I hit another home run! These shoes are functional, as well as, beautiful. The shoe is like a 'glove on the feet' says my husband who has apologized profusely about his bad behavior when I purchased the first shoe of this brand.

Grateful to find extra-wide width (5E) for my husband's pronated foot, and in a closed toe sandal! He reports the 12 is just a skootch too long, but not long enough to go down to an 11. Great service as always from Zappos!

Fit, size, and style were all good. The banded texture on the insole took some getting used to, but the clip that clinches the laces when I pulled to tighten the top simply didn't hold, and the excess lace length would jut flop around. If the clip held and the laces were shorter, this would have been a great value.

My husband ordered an 8.5 EEE, but it did not seem wide to him. Wondered if they would stretch. But the bigger issue for him was his short little toe did not fall behind a cross strap, so it hung out the side. He wasn't happy with that look!

Fit is good. the width is comfotable with or without socks The sandle is light and airy. the insole has a massage feel to the foot. should be excellent wear for the summer

The sandals are very nice looking and actually quite comfortable to wear. However, I have prescitpion inserts and was hoping that, since they are closed in the front, I could wear them with the sandals. I tried without the inserts, but walking was too painful for me, having worn inserts for the past 20 plus years. Hated to send them back!

I have been very pleased with these sandals. I would order them again and recommend them to a friend

I bought these for my husband. The size and width were fine. He didn't like the ridges on the shoes. He said that he could feel the ridges(lines) with each step he took.

Elastic ties a. Negative. Otherwise excllnt

Unconfortable

It fit about right. I take a very wide shoe and the 3e was a little snug. However there were two main flaws. First on my right foot the pinkie toe lined up with an opening on the side of the sandal and kind of stuck out a bit and was very uncomfortable. Plus the surface of the inside of the sold was ridged with deep lines. I found that very annoying. Too bad because these looked really great and they were perfect for getting on and off easily.

The size, 13 D, was a little large for me. But the nest size down was 12, and I've found that that is often too snug. The innersoles, with their ridges, felt odd against the soles of my feet. So I got some foam innersoles from CVS that stay in place on their own. It solves both problems at once.

What is up with these stupid plastic nobs on the end of the laces??? First off the laces are WAY too long...and on a size 14 shoe no less. When you give the sandal any amount of snugness with these laces, these plastic nobs end up rattling all over the floor when you walk. What was the point?? I'm going to have to cut these laces and watch them fray at the ends or melt them with a lighter. Stupid design.

Unfortunately, the fit was not adjustable enough for me. Yes, you can tighten the straps using the bungees, but I needed them looser. After an hour of wearing them, I had ugly red marks across the top of my foot. If you have high arches and a high top-of-foot then these may be too tight for you. I had to return them.

So my big issue with the shoe is it was not wide enough and or the front toe guard was not large enough (I feel that it should protect all my toes not just 3 of them). Put on the sandal and my small toe was sticking out and rubbing against the strap or folded under my other toe and still rubbing. I tried to find a way to reposition my foot but my large toe would hit the front just fine but my small toe lagged to far behind. I normally get wide shoes but these just didn't seem wide as the ones I normally get.

I should have paid attention to another reviewer that pointed out the bad smell the material leaves on your feet - I could not get rid of it after months with sprays and sandal washes! :-(. Also, in general, they do not feel comfortable when walking in them, rather heavy and harsh :-(

Not a fan of the bungee laces but the worse part was that the shoe insole has "ridges". Not comfortable to me at all. Returning.

Sorry I didn’t return as soon as it arrived. Most uncomfortable sandal I’ve worn. I truly hate it! Do not recommend to anyone!

Cheap quality.

Miss leading information about this slip response and the name say fishermen’s sandel means going into the water.
