I ordered the slip-on Sketchers shoes. The first time I ordered 11w and they were too large. I called to talk to a customer service assistant, I explained my problem and ordered a size 10 1/2 w. They fit good and it was so easy to resolve my order. She was very polite and helpful! I was truly impressed! There are not always such friendly people that I have talked to in the past. It was a very nice resolution over the phone by her. She was very professional ! Thank you, DWoessner

This is the most comfortable pair of shoes I've owned. I have back problems and these make it easier to walk.

These shoes fit as described, very comfortable.

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Due to chronic back issues, I bought a pair after my orthopedist documented my need for comfortable, tennis/orthotic shoes to wear to work. They have helped tremendously. I am scheduled for another surgery in 2 weeks, and bought a 2nd pair since I wear these every day of the week and at 6'3, 215#, I can put a lot of wear on my shoes, especially wearing them every day. I couldn't be more satisfied with the comfort, value, and style of these shoes. Thank you Sketchers and Zappos!

Ordered the wrong size. Husband having foot problems and had to return item, but Customer Service was extremely friendly and helpful...!

Very light, easy to get on and off. Definitely a house shoe which is what I bought if for. Good price, appears to made well. As always Zappo's service is second to none.

Not the most attractive shoe, but oh boy are they comfy. Perfect for a throw on and go shoe and essential for anyone that travels at airports a lot. Soft and comfy. Very light weight. I’m very happy with them.

I purchased these for my husband. He said they were a bit loose, but would be fine with socks. He also said they were the most comfortable shoe he had ever had on his feet! Totally satisfied with this brand!

These shows are very comfortable and look great also! I normally wear wide width but regular width and turned out to be a better fit for me. I would definitely recommend buying these shoes.

You Might have to buy half size smaller due to no leases other night that shoe was perfect

Other than being a super comfortable shoe, I think this shoe is outstanding for its slip-on feature and for the fact that you don’t have to changes shoes if you need to run an errand- they look just fine for public wear! One of my very favorite shoes!

These run about a half size large. I had to return my usual 7.5 and buy a 7. They are perfect lightweight slip ons and I use them as my house shoes/slippers.
