I ordered a 12 M in the taupe color. I am very happy with the fit and comfort. Heel makes me feel secure when walking. I don't wear heels much since I'm already 6 feet tall! Width of shoe feels great too. Often with Naturalizer it's too narrow in medium. Had that problem with the Brittany flat! I would say it's true to size.
The color is perfect, it will go with almost every outfit. Very happy with my purchase! Thank you Zappos for lighting fast delivery and the best customer service!!!

I must have ordered eight pair of similar shoes trying to find one for an upcoming wedding. I have significant feet issues (bunions, plantar fasciitis, and neuropathy). These shoes were perfect I. A wide width and not all that expensive!! I am so happy with my purchase.

I wear a size 8 in almost every shoe I wear and this one is no different. I ordered a 8 1/2 thinking with it being a pump that I would need the extra length but it was not needed. Whitney is a very solid shoe and very comfortable from the start. The pump has a more rounded toe making it more comfortable and enables you to wear all night long.

The shoes are beautiful. Perfect fit that you always expect from Naturalizer. These shoes are well padded and the soles are really non slip. I should have just stuck with these to start with.

These shoes were lovely and very comfortable. I ordered the silver for a semi-formal event and they would have worked fine. I did decide to go with something a little more flashy but I am considering ordering this shoe in black for the office. They are super comfortable.

These are my new favorite work shoes. I often have to walk a lot on different surfaces throughout the day and need a shoe that looks good, keeps me steady, is quiet no matter the flooring type and most importantly is comfortable. Usually I get 3 out of 4 but this shoe hit it out of the park and exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly comfortable right out of the box. I love the heel height and style. Even wore them to walk to lunch (I usually change into tennis shoes). I was so impressed, I bought in a 2nd color.

Adorable! This is a perfect shoe for work. I bought them specifically for conferences; I'm going to be on my feet all day! Flats typically don't offer any support. The chunky heel provides stability and it has a wide toe box for comfort. I haven't worn them for a 10 hour day, yet... but I'm hopeful.

I am a 37 European and 7 or 7.5 US, I ordered the 7 and had to return it to get the 6.5. They are perfect, very comfortable and very good looking for many occasions. Sporty with jeans, elegant with a dress or skirt, fun for a shopping day walk.

These shoes are stylish and timeless. I liked this shoes so much, I ordered and returned until I think I finallly got the right size. I'm normally wear a size 7M. Because of my bunions, I usually need to adjust the size with heels. Size 7W was just a little too wide and long but 7M feeled a little tight and uncomfortable. I finally decided on 7W and will purchase a shoe aid accessory to help the fit. Thank you Zappos for the free shipping and returns.

These are the absolute best work shoes I have ever purchased. The heel heights is perfect, the block heel makes it easy to walk around in.
My shoes are in the "turtle dove" color which is an excellent cross between a grey and nude. These shoes can be worn with black, navy, brown, or any other color that would normally mandate a nude heel.
The shoes are also very cushioned, making them a comfortable wear throughout the day. As with any new shoes, there is slight rubbing on the heels. All around, I am extremely pleased with the shoes.
