I've been using this bag for about a week now. I love the exterior look - it's sleek and polished, and just the right size. The inside of the bag is terrible though, in my opinion. There is a zipper panel going through the middle of the bag, which attaches to each end of the bag but doesn't attach on the bottom. As a result, everything piles down to the bottom of the bag, under the zipper pouch, and stuff floats between the two sides instead of being neatly arranged on one side or the other. The zipper pouch really gets in the way and prevents this bag from being used functionally. Not a fan of this bag at all.

This is the perfect bag! For me I wanted something versatile that I could wear with everything. The size and color is PERFECT! If you're like me and don't want a giant tote bag, get this size!

I had recently bought this bag for my girl for Christmas. She absolutely loved it. Who said a man doesn't have good taste huh? At first I was worry about it being to small but it sits right on her shoulder perfectly. And another thing, she can fit all of her everyday items in there perfectly. With the extra pocket in the middle all of the high priority item are right there for her convenience. 5/5

Great looking bag. Very professional and can fit 8.5x11 papers/folders. Only gripe would be that it is kind of heavy to carry around regularly but I guess that's the downside to having leather. Otherwise quality is very good. I really like that the straps are adjustable. I was able to adjust them to the last hole so that it is long enough for me to slip my arm through with one hand and carry it on my shoulder (which I wasn't able to do with similar looking Kate Spade bags).

This is the PERFECT tote/handbag! I love so many things about this bag, where to begin? I love the shape and that it stays open/structured, I love the large middle zipper pocket for securing items, I love all the multiple side pockets and additional side zipper pocket. The straps are long enough to easily go over my shoulder. It isn't too large or too small, it is literally the most perfect handbag I've ever owned. I like the small logo design, it looks classy, and the construction is high quality. My only complaint - I wish it came in more colors!

Ordered the black for my mum for Christmas, when it arrived it was so gorgeous I decided to treat myself to the same in Luggage. Absolutely beautiful bags, so classy, perfect amount of space, pockets, length of straps. Gift wrap was included and was gorgeous. Tory Burch service also excellent, would highly recommend!

The tote is cute. Not sure if it is me,though. May send it back. AND this was obviously a returned item. For future reference, Zappos needs to check the interior pockets before mailing out returned items to other customers. There were 2 "pads" in the inner pocket! Not exactly what i want to find inside my "new" handbag...

The bag is beautiful, but couldn't fit even my 13" Dell XPS. Plus, the pocket for the computer is NOT padded. I think it's appropriate for a cased iPad...but not much else.

It is the perfect size, colour and style for what I wanted but the description was completely misleading. It is not made of leather it is plastic. I'm so disappointed in this item and it is being returned due to the misleading description.
