Save yourself the time, money, and disappointment and do not buy this purse. Within a few months of owning it, the straps started fraying white thread and the leather on the buckles started peeling off. This is not the kind of quality I expected from a "high end" brand such as Tory Burch. Worse yet, the customer service department (at Tory Burch, not Zappos) was less than apologetic or willing to do much else than send me a return label and credit my account to buy another poor quality bag from them. NOT impressed.

I absolutely love my Tory Burch. It was my first one and a splurge for sure. I needed a purse big enough for every day and business, holds my mac, ipad, and two phones but looks nice enough for every occasion. I love it has a separate padded pocket for the computer. It is so sturdy but high quality. You won't be disappointed!

My dear husband purchased both the black and luggage colors as my Christmas gift. I love them and get complimented often. The straps tighten to carry by wrist or lengthen to carry by shoulder. I never have to worry about running out of space with these! Could definitely double as a stylish diaper bag as well.

This was a splurge for a work bag but it was so worth it! I've looked for months trying to find a cheaper option but this is exactly what I need. The bag fits everything I need to carry to work, neatly and snug and that includes my 13" Macbook Air & its case, my leather covered notepad and everything else. The side pockets keep all the little things organized and I love that the handles are adjustable. I had to give myself a little more length in the handles to accommodate for my winter outerwear. I do agree with some reviews that it is a little stiff to start out with but I'm sure it will soften up over time. The BEST part is that the bag stands up on its own--empty or full, preventing all my stuff from falling out. If you are on the fence, just order it, it's worth it! I bought the luggage color and love it. Neutral but dark enough not to show stains & marks.

Great color and tons of space and pockets

I needed a new work bag, and loved the size and color of this. It's large, but not overwhelming. It fits my laptop, a few file folders and my travel coffee mug. I also like that there's a zippered compartment in the middle, and several pockets on both sizes. The bag is cute, but it's not as sturdy as I hoped it would be. I like the adjustable straps (both from a functional and aesthetic perspective), but they are too narrow compared to the size of the bag. When I have a lot of stuff in it, the straps really dig into my shoulder, and feel wider straps would better distribute the weight. Overall though, I'm still happy with this purchase.

Perfect for work, carrying my laptop and water bottle, coffee thermos, phone, cords etc. All set.

In love with this bag. It's so roomy and has many compartments to keep my things tucked neatly and organized. It's so pretty and chic, it's just an amazing everyday bag. I get a lot of compliments on it. Definately reccomend this bag, it's the perfect gift for anyone or yourself.

Love this tote!

Very nice everyday bag for work. Large enough to hold my laptop, notebook, and other things. Sometimes I even stuff a water bottle in the side or my gym clothes or even a packed lunch. Very sturdy material, but the straps are a bit hard and not the most comfortable hanging over my arm if there is a lot of stuff in the bag. I tend to wear it over my shoulder whenever possible. Now that I have downsized to a smaller laptop, I wonder if I should get a smaller purse, too... because this one is pretty big.
