Like others have pointed out, these are quality boots, made with traditional methods and materials. I love them. Some break in is required, but it wasn’t too bad. Had them a month, probably worn them 10 times. I receive compliments on them regularly. They are surprisingly comfortable too. Recommend highly.

I've had the same pair for four years, and they're still holding up well with being worn once or twice a week (sometimes more). I've needed to resole them a few times from walking on the streets of NYC but the body is just fine, and I'm pretty bad about properly taking care of the leather. They are expensive no doubt, but from a dollar/use perspective, you really cannot do wrong.

Fit about a 1/2 size big. Going to return and order another pair.

Great looking, well-made boots. It's been a while since I broke in a "real" pair of boots, so I hope they get more comfortable soon!

A classic design. Good looking shoe. Very well made throughout, excellent attention to detail. Fit is true to size. Comfortable out of the box but will need some time to really break in and feel their best. Looking forward to years of use.

First, these are a handsome boot that will look even better with age. They do soften and mold to your feet as you wear them, but I found a break in period of a few days and some short walks were necessary. These are not an out of the box five mile walk. I wear a 10/12E, or 11D/E. I have a high arch. The 10.5 fit well and the size 10 were too short. So, I would say a half size down will work, but not a full size by any means - at least for me. I found these boots better fitting than the Red Wings and Chippewa boots. A bit softer and wider in the toe box. I think the boots are priced competitively. For example Alden boots are all in the $600-$650 range and the quality is not much different (maybe a softer cork bottom in the sole). I sense these boots will become a go to comfort wear over time.

Great boot, love the leather. Very comfortable. I am an 11 in all sneakers 10 in RW 9111 and a 10 fits well with these. 4 stars bc I did have an issue with some minor cosmetic blemishes, the I exchanged.

Just received my much anticipated order. I listened to other reviews and ordered a half size smaller. Guess what? They're too small!! Like so small that I cant even slide my foot into it. Now I get to return them. Yay for me.
