These shoes are really cute and comfortable but, after wearing them a couple of times, the stitching on one of the the ankle straps came apart. Sadly, had to return them.

I have other Naot's and really wanted this to work. Unfortunately, I will be returning this because the back of the sandal is really stiff and is too high on my ankle and is very uncomfortable.

I love Naot shoes because they are durable and beautiful. I have been ordering quite a few sandals and had to return them because for an older person's foot sandals are tricky. Balance is an issue now, and somehow the loose fit of the straps, especially true in higher heeled sandals, is a bit too shaky for someone over 70. Sad, but true. So I am going to stick with the naot flat shoes, not sandals, because they work so well. I hated to return the sandals, they are so wonderful looking, but reality said to go ahead. Thanks Zappos for your EXTREME patience.

I sent them back bc I was really disappointed that it wasn’t a real buckle but Velcro. What am I 6 y.o.?

These shoes are adorable BUT! The design of the criss cross straps pushes the foot forward and extending too far out the front. I’m sad, but they’re going back.

I've been on a hunt for cute, supportive summer shoes/sandals that will accommodate my plantar fasciitis. I took other reviewers' advice and went up a size. I normally wear a 37 and am a 6.5 and got the 38 in the plum color (it's true to color on the site, a bright pink). They were super cute and looked nice on my feet. However the way the arch support is, I could tell it was going to leave me a nice fat blister on my arches. Considered doctoring them to avoid this but didn't think it worth the trouble. I have tried the Pixie sandal from Naot and found the insole to be much more comfortable. The difference in thicknesses between the two is at least half an inch, and you can really feel it. This shoe would be great for people without foot issues but I had to send it back.

As others have said, these run narrow and small. But for me, these wouldn't work in a larger size because the heel comes to an uncomfortable spot on my ankle. The turquoise is lovely, though.

Love the color and cork sole, but the back of the shoe was uncomfortable. Sadly returning. This is the only Naot that did not work out for me.

These shoes are cute but a little clunky looking. The straps are quite thick and the back hit me pretty high on the ankle to where I was afraid it would rub. It is also obvious that there is velcro on the strap which made them kind of cheap looking. The footbed was comfortable and supportive but ran slightly narrow and my foot hung over the edge. Overall, if they were a little cheaper I would've kept them. But I ended up returning them. I am looking for something cute and comfortable to wear while traveling in Europe and these did not cut it.

I wanted to like this shoe, but the cross-over hit me in the wrong spot, and my foot was a little too wide for the velcro to be hidden completely under the buckle. The toe box was also a little low and not comfortable. Had previously gotten this shoe a half size larger, but it was too long. Giving up on this style for myself, but it had potential.

Like other reviewers, I found that my toes pushed forward over the edge as I walked, so I ordered a size larger. Believe it or not, my toes still sometimes push forward over the edge, and the sandal does not provide the excellent arch support that my other Naots do. Therefore they just aren't that comfortable for walking distances. Rather disappointing; I can't recommend them.

For the price of these sandals, i expected higher quality. The leather feels more like a synthetic material rather than leather. Going back.

I loved both the teal and the gray colors of the Rianna, so I took a chance. Fail! As so often happens, when you get into the larger sizes, the straps and strap placement don't seem to be adjusted. The ankle strap on the Rianna was nowhere near long enough, and there was a gap between the straps when fastened. These did not work at all for me, even though I love the Elegant Flats foot bed (where a US 10 = 42). I returned these, with regret.

Have numerous pairs of Natos and this shoe ran small. Beautiful shoe but shoe base wasn't a 10, front strap tight, and and ankle strap awkward. I knew when I took them out of the box they looked like a size 8 or 9 and extremely narrow.

Pretty color, the jade, but that's about all I can say positive about this shoe. The heel piece was stiff and rubbed and the shoe ran a half size short.
