Small! I’ve had several Naot shoes in the same size but these were tiny. My toes literally hung off the end.

Wanted a sandal with good arch support that I can wear on dressy occasions and these fit the bill. I have a narrow heel and skinny feet, so the adjustable straps across toe and instep are perfect. There's no need to adjust the buckle. Have worn them inside only, so far, but there doesn't seem to be a need to break them in.

Simply elegant style. The buckle adjusts, but it's on a velcro-backed strap that allows for nearly infinite adjustment. This sandal will look as nice with a dress as with a pair of jeans. Well made.

I have a very narrow foot and this shoe ran narrow so that part was good. I felt I could have used a 1/2 size larger. The arch hit in the wrong spot. Super cute and great for narrow feet. I wanted a sandal with a leather insole so I was really hoping this would work for me ??. Sorry I had to return.

Fit and comfort is the same as my other Naots. Not quite a cute as my Riannas.

Returning these. Loved these sandals until I put them on. They are cute, sole is comfortable, but the leather straps across the foot and ankle have sharp edges and dug into my foot. I am buying them for a trip to Disney World where we will be walking a lot. They would cause blisters and I don't have time for 'breaking them in'. Sad to have to return them. Still looking for a replacement for my most comfortable Merrell sandals that the dog chewed up (straps gone).

These seemed small to me - my foot fit in the footbed, but filled it exactly. I think a half size up would be best, but there wasn't enough arch support for me (I have a very high arch) so it wasn't worth trying another size. I did appreciate the hidden velcro on the straps across the toes and ankle, though.

sooooooo cute but the sizing is small: get a size up. the back strap is set a bit “forward” so pushes the foot forward. In my case, I’m a 42 and I would need a larger size (which doesn’t exist) so I will have to return them, which is a heartbreaker because they are perfect in comfort and appearance/style. If you can get the size up, these sandals are perfect elegance.

I might have really liked it but I was sent a size 6. It was hard to get a feel of the shoe without being able to get it all the way on my foot. Do not pay attention to my star rating as I cannot be a judge of something I did not really experience.

I was excited to find these Naots with two adjustable straps which allowed me to adjust the fit for my very narrow feet. Unfortunately, the front strap hits my foot at the wrong spot and they just aren’t comfortable so I’ll have to return.

The fit wasn't as supportive as my other Naots and I had some discomfort when I tried them on.

I loved the sandal the fit was good however, the strap rubbed on my arch/insole on both feet.

The heel is too low for comfort

Having an extremely narrow heels and low volume feet, I always look for cute sandals with velcro, but don't look like velcro. I liked the looks of these sandals, but not very comfortable. These have a very hard footbed with no arch support. Also, the straps were not very comfortable, as they had a slightly rough feeling on the skin. Will be returning. So thankful for Zappos shipping and return policy!

I love Naots and own several pairs. These just....looked odd (the weird sandwich layers) and the bottom felt completely inflexible. Very atypical of Naots.

I'm reviewing the Norah in Black, which fits differently (smaller) than the Norah in Navy, which I loved. In the same size, 42, the Black felt significantly shorter and narrower than the Navy. I returned the Black and kept the Navy, but I'm frustrated that the largest size available (42) doesn't fit my size 10 feet.

I liked the simple design of the shoe but these were not up to the standard comfort of Naot. A little too flat in the arch. The back heel strap is also not adjustable and was too big on me.

I've had a severe foot injury and find that Naot shoes are the only ones that feel good on my feet, particularly the "Paris" sandal. I wanted to get the same good arch support but with a lower heel and sole height. So I ordered the Norah. The arch support was not the same as the "Paris" so it didn't feel as good on my bad foot. But worse was the straps have rough edges and therefore irritate the skin on the top of the foot. I'm so disappointed. Unfortunately I have to return them. I will order the "Etera" sandal. The sole and heel height is a little higher than the "Norah" but the arch support for my foot is better. I now have a pair of Etera's and they are great. Please Naot, offer more sandals with lower heels. Or change the Norah straps so they are smooth against the top of the foot.

I wear an 8 1/2 or a 9, ordered this in a 40 and the size fit but the footbed was very uncomfortable, so returning.

I like the look. No arch support. Too narrow.

Cute shoe but the foot bed is narrow and when I adjusted the straps there was too much velcro visible. I wear a medium width and these were too narrow. I have high arches as well and there is very little support. Unfortunately I will be sending them back.

Smaller than most Naot 11's. I would like a 12 but it is not offered or available

I owned and wore the Naot Norah last year (summer 2017). This year's pair is far narrower, coarser, and less comfortable than last year's. With the same size (42) my toes hung over the edge and the entire foot bed was too narrow. I returned these and wonder what the heck is going on with Naot's quality control and sizing?!
