Great arch support with a very comfortable and cushy sole. Felt wonderful right from the start.

These shoes met all my expectations and more. Very comfortable directly out of the box- even for quite a lot of walking.

Fit perfectly and felt as soft as a cloud. I was bowled over by how soft these things are--they feel like puppy-dog ears. The velcro fastener under the buckle is generous in size, so it holds great. My new favorite pair of shoes,

Too little. Would have purchased same shoe in a size up but that was not an option. Have ordered them in a different color (green). Hopefully they’ll work.

My second pair ! I love, love, love, these sandles, Fit and Style.I wear a size 11 somewhat wide and these are perfect in a 42. When they first come out of the box they feel a little bit tight in width but after a few times of walking in them they form perfectly in width and the foot bed also to your foot shape . I can work or walk in these all day and not think about my feet.

Loved them, very sytlish and amazingly comfortable.

I wear an 8M. The shoe is true to size. Soft leather upper, supportive insole. This sandal accommodates both high instep and high arch. The first time I wore them, I wore them for hours with no foot pain whatsoever. Wish I could afford another pair in a different color!

Love the Verbena - I live in the mid-Atlantic states where I can wear this style late spring, summer & fall - great versatility. Arch support's robust & they look pretty on your feet - let's hear it for Naot! Bought one in blue & one in light brown/tan color. Heading into my 70's; I do a lot of walking re: work particularly on city sidewalks, concrete slabs, retail establishments & the like, in other words hard on your feet/back no-give surfaces. Worn/wear Naot's for many a year/decade; if not familiar with the brand, Naot's will continue to look & feel great. Let's put it this way, they are an investment -mno question, however, you will be wearing/enjoying them for heck of a long time. I "chip away" buying one or two pairs a year so's to build upon my shoe wardrobe - definitely worth it!

These sandals fit beautifully right out of the box!

I’m an 8.5. In ordered the equivalent to a 9, as recommended by Zappos, and returned for the equivalent to an 8. These fit great.

I measure 8.5 and usually order 8.5 or 9 in shoes, depending on toe-box. I originally ordered these in a 40, following Zappos recommendation, and returned for a 39, which zappos calls an 8 in these.

These are cute and super comfy and fit great...except for the arch support. It's too far forward on my foot, and felt really weird. My arch is high toward the inside of my ankle, and slopes down from there. The arch in the shoe isn't very high, but it's rigid and placed down the center of the foot bed toward the ball of the foot, which doesn't match my foot shape at all. I saw someone else say it felt like they were walking with a golf ball under their foot - an exaggeration, but clearly feeling the same thing I did. It might work for other people, but it just isn't the shoe for me.

Wonderful shoe, but I am still deciding whether to keep because had ordered Naot's ghillie style in coffee bean also and may be too much coffee bean! Would have liked black in either but my size not available. Good all round and worth the money.

I was super close to keeping these. I've worn Naot before and know that they are comfortable right away with no "wearing in" period needed. And these felt like pillows as soon as I put them on. I reviewed the blue ones already, which I sent back because they didn't look quite as chic in person as they did in the photos. I was wearing these Naots around my apartment to see how they felt for a longer time, and I was hearing a little bit of squeaking from them as I walked over my hard wood floors. I really don't like it when my shoes make noise and I was worried about this getting worse with time. So I'm sending these back, too, and going with a pair of OTBT sandals instead that aren't quite so cushion-y, but they don't seem to squeak at all, and they are a little bit more hip.

I haven't had a pair of Naot's fail me yet. The cork footbed is a lifesaver for me as I'm on my feet all day. These are comfortable and stylish. I love the patterned outsole.

Suuuuuper comfy! I normally wear an, 8 but depending on the brand, if they are using European sizing, I can be a 38 or a 39. lately, it seems most of the brands I buy I'm a 39 in, which I ordered first, but they were too big and the back of the shoe stuck out a lot from wear the back of my heel actually was. I ordered the 38 and they are perfect. So for these Naots, 8 = 38. I ordered them in black and also in the blue. Keeping the black, I love those, but the blue didn't quite do it for me.

I love these shoes. I recently wore them all day and walked 7 mi. with no foot pain. I have a bunion with narrow feet. I use a custom orthotic in these. One of the nice things is that the leather upper hides my big toe bunion. The leather shows some scratches with wear but that's normal with real leather and it doesn't look bad. The green is more of a khaki and I'm thinking of getting them next. I've had these for about 2 years and they're still in great condition. I wear a 40 and they don't look huge. I've been looking for years for a stylish pair of sandals that had a removable insole and these are now my go-to pair!

These sandals look great and are super comfortable. But the stitching broke after wearing them only a few times. I’m sure they can be repaired by the shoemaker, but I’ll have to agree with some others who are disappointed with Naot’s current quality control.
