I have always worn Naot. I tried sizes 39 and 40 as I am in-between. I kept the 39 as that has always been my size. Today I put them on to go out and just around the house the top and straps chafed against my skin. I realized I had better take them off. Very disappointed.

Is this even real leather? Feels like a good imposter. These are cute but not comfortable. I love Naots & own several other styles, but...these straps rub and just feel cheap. Overall, the shoe feels cheap. Is it just me, or are shoes getting cheaper and cheaper in materials and quality? IDK, but I’m returning them.

These have to be the shoes that are the greatest distance from accurately sized in all the years I have shopped at Zappos. I ordered my normal size, 10B, and could not even get the straps on my feet. Stepping on the shoe without putting foot into straps, toes, sides of feet, and heels hung over their respective sides/ends. Like the style; love shopping at Zappos.

I love Naots and I loved the look of this shoe. If you've every bought shoes with a squishy sole, that's what you have here. They feel good for a little while but then feet and legs start to ache. I think Naots made a big mistake here. Also, on reading other reviews, the footbed would be tough to remove as the leather straps are glued to it. This would not be a sandal that I would think you could remove the footbed and replace with your orthotics. I am a very disappointed customer and I am less likely to buy Naots in the future.
