We haven't used our suitcases yet. We ordered the blue and the color is darker than it looks; we like it even better. It is more like a navy blue. After going back and forth on size, finally deciding on two 25" suitcases for the two of us. They look rather big but, on the other hand, we're sure the 21" would be too small. The wheels really roll well but the middle handle position is a little too high.

The skid bars are too high to be of any use in protecting suitcase as you climb stairs . As you pull suitcase up the steps it rubs in a lower spot from where the bars are. They should have been installed lower.

This bag is the best. It is easy to handle, lite weight and holds everything I need for a month of travel. I never check bags. After four weeks of Italian stone streets the only wear on the Spinner was on the handle.

My first trip with this suitcase and the wheel broke. It is not as sturdy as my other single wheel spinner TravelPro.

A weak/failing frame for a spacious and light spinner

Bummer! I was thrilled to finally have good quality luggage for once in my life. On our very first trip, the zipper broke. It has a warranty but the nearest repair center is about an hour away from Seattle. NOT convenient and doesn't bode well for how long this suitcase will last.
