The Resolve Men's jacket is an excellent jacket for a comfortable and classy look. The material is very wind resistant and as light weight as it is, it keeps you warm in colder weather and very comfortable, true to fit as described. I like the color options.

The Resolve is my last of four attempt to find a jacket that meets my requirements.Having travelled internationally many times and on a number of "expedition" cruises with many more planned, I have often needed a light, packable, comfortable and effective overall jacket with outstanding rain protection. And, not being a "hoodie" sort of person I wanted to be able to put the hood safely away. This jacket does just what I want in every way. The other jackets were okay but lacked the Resolves total package - they were either not really water proof in a steady light rain, had a hood that was annoying when flapping in the breeze, if they were waterproof they didn't breath making them uncomfortable. The Resolve answers all my requirements. If I had any suggestion it would be the jacket would be even better if the length of the jacket were 2 to 4 inches longer, had a good inside pocket and the collar was about 1 inch shorter. Even with my "want" list, the jacket is an excellent option with little competition when price, quality and functionality is considered.

Loved this from the day one. Very comfortable. The mesh layer inside looks really good and feels very soft.

I purchased this just in the nick of time. I'm staying in Houston, TX and am in the process of recuperating from a stem cell transplant. Got it just in time to wear all day at the Houston Rodeo. It poured all day and I stayed high and dry!! A great product that is made for the Houston area weather. It breathes and is perfect for here.

This is my first rain jacket but so far I love it, I have previously only had fleece jackets and next winter I plan to purchase me a winter coat for the brutal Chicago weather.

I was looking for a jacket that was lightweight that I could throw in a back pack on trips just in case. I was not disappointed. This jacket is very lightweight and made of quality material (as expected being North Face), Holds well in the rain and makes for a great wind breaker. Would order again.

First of all, the Eggplant color was perfect...dark and subdued enough but still uniquely outstanding amongst the drab blacks & greys mostly worn by people in winter-time. But what makes North Face jackets like Resolve really great are their sturdy construction, soft but expectedly effective breathable but waterproof materials, and the almost-tailored cut that is subtly stylish! I would certainly recommend North Face products that effectively makes a statement about the importance I place on essential gear that gives great value-for-money and allows me the enjoyment of the outdoors.

Sometimes it's very hard to find a quality gift you can give to someone, that will last them years, especially if it's clothing! When buying from NorthFace, that's never an issue. The craftsmanship behind this jacket is superb. It is very comfortable and withstands all the elements and I s my go to jacket (after my first resolve jacket). I highly recommend this jacket.

With its ripstop technology built from ultralight weather proof materials, this jacket has insurmountable occasion for use.

Very light and perfect for running or for windy days, might need another extra jacket inside during winter but otherwise, keeps wind out! Will definitely recommend!
