My son loves these North Face coats. Perfect for Seattle weather.

I have an older model Hyvent jacket/parka, but it's really heavy and tends to hold a ton of moisture, especially after a deluge; then the coat stays wet for HOURS if not days before drip-drying. This new slicker came in handy this past week when we were camping and got caught in a couple downbursts followed by a steady drizzle... with a couple light layers underneath, I stayed outside, securing a rain-awning, and then reading my Kindle under a tarp until dark...I could feel the cold wet chair through my back, but my skin and clothes were bone-dry! So light and easily packable! Love the orange color, which will come in handy in the Spring and Fall when hiking in areas where deer hunters like to do their thing...I found the lack of a chest pocket a bit off-putting, but the side pockets are actually huge (as they can be used for packing the coat), and could hold a large Nalgene or 20-oz tall boy brewski. Nice price, as well.

Classic TNF. A little boxy at first, however it breaks in easy, provided you wear it a lot. I work in DC so it's a great coat for commuting to work on the metro on a rainy day. A great mid-weight piece of kit.

amazing jacket, no issues yet

The jacket fits great. The collar is designed to be soft against your neck and makes it much more comfortable than other jackets like this.

This is the best rain jacket I've owned. It's super waterproof / rainproof and fits well. Would highly recommend for hiking

Last Northface jacket was a gift, and the inner liner ripped unfortunately. This jacket is exactly what I was looking for when shopping for a replacement. Looks great, a little big in the torso but not a big deal, and it was very reasonably priced. I'll definitely be getting another jacket in the future!

Great Jacket with no problems. Great for traveling in most conditions.

I purchased this jacket for my husband to wear on rainy days at work. He is a delivery person and is out in all kinds of inclement weather. He wore the jacket in the rain the day it arrived and was very happy with the way it repelled the rain and wind. He said it is the perfect weight for chilly, early spring days with a long sleeve top underneath and will work very well as the weather moves into warmer wet spring days.

I take it on the bike trails and I've never loved a jacket more as far comfort and wind blocking go. Keeps the water off my back and the wind

I love this product. Once again Northface got it right. Great for fall and spring. I am a hiker and enjoy the outdoors. I have yet to buy a bad Northface product. That is way I stick with them!
