I can’t speak for all of these shoes but the pair that I got was very disappointing. The material on top of the toe box was all wrinkled. It felt like I was walking on cardboard. One of the shoes had a stain on it. Maybe I just got a bad pair. Will not try another pair.

On Cloud is all the rage so I thought I’d get some. Mistake. After four months, the shoelace has cut through the shoelace hole. The shoelaces themselves seem like they are bout to snap. Very poor quality.

When I tried them on, they had no support and were not comfortable on my feet. When I tried walking in them, again the soul is hard and not cushioned, no support and made my back hurt.I’m truly disappointed for the price!

Super disappointed with these shoes. I wore them for my daily shoe - to work, walking the dog, errands, etc. from late March until July. They did not hold up. The heel upper of the left shoe is completely junk and the right shoe is in the middle of deteriorating. Apparently, how I put my shoe on was too much for the upper and the padding and there's a huge hole in the upper. I've never had this issue with any other brand of shoe. These were expensive shoes to only last a few months.

I really wanted to love these, but truth be told they are horrible for me. My arches and toes hurt so bad after wearing these just to walk. Waste of money!

Worst On shoe ever!!!!! would have given 0 stars if that was an option. I’ve been a huge supporter of On brand shoes. I’ve had about 6 pairs of the cloud and cloud 2.0 These shoes made my upper hamstring and hips hurt to the point of tears. I could not figure out why my body was aching so bad until I realized the pain had not started until I began wearing these shoes. I stopped wearing them and after a week the pain went away. I then gave them another try and after 4 hours of having them on just running around doing errands I was back in the worst pain ever. Major deisgn flaw in this style. DO NOT recommend buying these. Very disappointed with this purchase. :(

Love these shoes. This is my 6th pair, and I replace them when they wear out. The style, comfort and support are all great. I have tried other styles, but nothing matches. Please keep making these.

The best workout shoe I’ve owned.

This is my first pair of On sneakers. A little pricey but worth every penny. I am now a loyal customer of the brand.

I love these shoes, especially after I install no-tie laces so I can slip them on and off again very quickly. The only issue is that sticks and stones sometimes get caught between the treads - with a quick touch I can get them out, but a sole-shape design adjustment would be help.

Love the shoe, but they felt a bit too big so returned for a smaller size
