These sneakers are attractive and decently comfortable. Get lots of compliments at the gym. The negatives are the footbed is kind of a joke. Really flimsy and no real support for the avid athlete. Also, the sides of the shoe come up higher than other brands, so when doing lateral exercises, it hits/rubs the lower part of the ankle bone. Not comfortable. I replaced the footbed with a more supportive one, which is thicker in most places, however, it didn’t raise my foot enough to avoid the ankle problem. Wish they were returnable after trying them out. They are pretty pricey for shoes that needed the footbed replaced, and can only wear when doing certain workouts. Too bad. Really wanted to love them.

These shoes felt great right off the box. I have a pretty narrow foot and was looking for something snugly. If your foot is wider, these aren't for you. Toe-box is pretty shallow but after one use the foam settled down enough to make them very comfortable. I wear Asics or Nike 8/8.5. I tried size 8 and it was too large (toe-box was as shallow as with 7.5). Unfortunately on a second use they rubbed my heals pretty severely. Top part of the back is quite stiff. I really like these shoes so will keep them for a little while hoping it will soften. If not they will have to go:(

I wanted to love these shoes as they looked like a charcoal gray/black combination. They are purple! There is no doubt that there is a very purple-ish hue and combined with the black, it does not look good at all. The fit was great and they were comfortable--just ugly!

Love the style and color of these but I expected them to have better arch support than they do. These were very flat so while they were cute, I didn’t think they’d work for me for that reason. I do love the mulberry/mineral color, I just wish they had more support. I’m returning them since my feet will not tolerate a lack of arch support.

The shoe kept coming off, and it was rubbing against my arch.

I normally wear a size 10, but my toes were hitting. Love the style and how lightweight they were!! However, I did not like the fact that I was sent a pair of obviously used shoes as evidenced by the dirty soles. (The cloth uppers were in perfect shape.) I am returning these and ordering a 10.5, expecting to receive an unused pair.

I returned the Cloudflow’s. The ankle on the shoe is too short. I will stick with the Cloud X’s.

Shoe strings are very long!

Love the way this you looked. Have a bad toe so these shoes just run a little too narrow. Wish they came in wide.

I have very narrow feet, and this shoe fits me well. I get lots of compliments. Very cool looking shoes. The shoe is comfortable for walking, but extremely UNcomfortable for running. When you put them on, they feel like they’ll be great for running, but once you start your run, they begin hurting your feet immediately. Those cylinder things look cool but don’t absorb shock well at all.

Great looking shoe, but not good for runners with high arches. After having put several miles on the cloudflow Zappos was awesome to let me return them. During the time I wore this shoe I started experiencing foot pain again. I then saw a podiatrist, as well as two running shoe stores to have a fitting done for my foot structure. Both stores carried the cloudflow and both told me this shoe is not good for runners. However, they all recommended the cloudflow for people active in cross fit training, weight lifting, etc. Stay away from these if you have high arches or overpronate (not a whole lot of support). I ended up ordering the Brooks Ravenna 9 and my feet are happy again!

These shoes are cute but have zero arch support.

Everyone is raving about OnCloud's and I really wanted to like these shoes, but to me both the insole and the outer construction felt too stiff.

This is my third pair of shoes from this brand and least favorite, they bunch up on top and I don’t think that can be fixed.

Pros: they’re pretty comfortable and they have a warranty. Cons: you’ll likely need to use that warranty. This pair was purchased in January after a pair from the previous June were tearing. These shoes are strictly worn in the house and at this price point, I’d expect them to last a little longer.

I bought this hoping that it would give enough support to protect my back. After one short walk I had pain on my feet and my back did not feel good at all. I was not expecting to have to return these so I’m hoping customer service will be able to help with this returning process.

I wanted to love these but they gave me the WORST shin splints. Once I switched back to my flatter/zero-drop shoes, my shin splints went away in a week. I don't know why they did this because the ON Cloud I had before was totally fine. Buyer beware if you run on the outside of your feet and need some more support.

First time trying On shoes - I'm a runner so was looking at these as an option to my Saucony Freedoms. I need a wide toe box and some ability to tighten the heel area and the Cloudflow did neither of those things for me. Not enough room in the forefoot/toe and lots of heel slippage. Also just didn't like the look of the shoes, but that's of course totally personal.

The shoe is nice and light for running but the material is weak and did not last long. The front area of rubber is too small for running on anything other than a completely flat surface. Mine, used for all types of running surface lost the material off the front within a month. The rear ankle area inside peeled away within a week and a half. The laces are pulling through the holes after two months. For the price this shoe is a waste. I would pay $40-50 for this shoe as a running shoe. If you are looking for a walking shoe or just a straight road run, these would be fine.

These shoes are super comfortable but should not be sold as a running shoe. They would be great shoes to walk in. For running, there is very little support. I feel like my foot is floating to and fro in my shoe. The bottom catches rocks all the time between the center strip, not a good design for a shoe. I feel like they are giving me shin splints so as soon as I get a new pair of running shoes I will make these casual wear shoes.

Extremely disappointed. I have been an avid Brooks fan and decided to try the OC because of all the hype.. I wore these to do a 1 hour HIIT class and I couldn’t walk for 24 hours. My heels and plantar area were throbbing. I’ve never felt pain like that in my feet before. Unable to return because I threw out the box assuming they would be wonderful. Will never be putting them on my feet again. Wish I would have spent the $$ on a new pair of Brooks. What a waste of $.

These shoes were not at all comfortable for my foot. I need more structure in a running shoe.

Have no idea. I ordered them twice and twice you sent me the wrong size. It would have been nice as the shoes look wonderful and I had heard some great things.
