I need to return them. They were too narrow.

was disappointed to receive my ON running shoes in a Dolce Vita box and the shoes were a bit dirty on the bottom, like they had been worn before I was not happy as I did not order an open box item or a discounted shoe. This was going to be returned no matter how it fit

I ordered the Wide, but they are still a narrow toe-box

Very comfortable but poorly made. There’s already a whole in the top of my shoes.

Cute style, wore 3 times inside, need 1/2 size larger, not nearly enough cushioning for me. Had to return. I’ve heard good things about this brand, but not for me.

I was really excited for these shoes. I have heard great reviews and finally saved for the investment. Unfortunately I have had these for 4 months and there is a hole in the top. I only wear these inside of work. I had worn a pair of $60 Nikes for the last 2 years and never any holes. And within 4 months I am already having to look at purchasing a new pair of shoes because I cannot wear these to work. Overall they do feel much better than the regular tennis shoe, so if you have money to continually buy new shoes do it.

Very high arch--cute shoe but very uncomfortable. Tongue has no cushion.

There is something about these shoes that don't work for my feet. They make my back hurt after a long walk or wearing for too long. They also put pressure on the balls of my feet and cause pain after 3 miles of walking or running. I want to love these shoes but they are not what I expected.

This is my 2nd time ordered for the same brand and both didnt fit me. I got 2 pairs from last Nov. 2022 from another shoe store and was perfect so I thought with same brand and size it would be perfect.

The look and fit was okay but the laces are so flimsy I hesitate to tighten the shoe with them and the support is really wonky and the shoes hurt my feet. Do not recommend. Bummed as I heard good things about the ON brand.

Material feels stiff.

I did not like the way these ones fit my feet. I felt like my heels would slip when I walked but they were the correct size for me. And they had a weird hard to describe arch/heel part. I returned right after trying them on.

If this is a wide, then I shudder to think what a regular is. That was my biggest issue with the shoe. The also big problem is the tongue of the shoe is so high and so rigid it cut into my ankle. I am a big fan of On shoes but not this one. I returned them.

They feel hard as a rock to walk on. I do not recommend.

I loved the first generation clouds but these are awful and killed my feet. I have heels that are more comfy. Toe box is very narrow and shallow and the tongue is long and sharp and chafes. They are cute but not nearly enough to suffer with them at this price.

I read great reviews on theses shoes and I so badly wanted them to work for me but they were very uncomfortable. I have to return them.

The styling of shoes are great. The shoes don't feet me well. Very narrow and uncomfortable. Very disappointed with the shoes. This is the most I have paid for shoes. Beware try on before you buy. Sizing is not the same as other shoes. Had to cut sides of the shoes to try and make wider since I worn them a couple days. Would buy another brand. I don't run I just wear as causel shoes. Very very uncomfortable!

Everything about this shoe was not right.

I really liked the look of these sneakers because I wanted something different from my usual brand, Adidas. I thought these sneakers were extremely stiff and uncomfortable. For the price, I'd rather go back to Adidas which I know will comfortable right out of the box.

Sadly, I had to return these. I find it hard to believe these are a "wide" fit. The toe box was incredibly narrow, and the tongue is awkwardly long and stiff. The shoes overall felt like walking in a tight pair of cleats, and my feet were seriously aching, after about 15 minutes of wear around the house.

The show was stylish and the sole was bouncy and comfortable. However the tongue was stiff and dug into the front of my ankle after wearing for 10-15 minutes around the house. I knew I couldn’t wear them to workout if I couldn’t tolerate even walking around the house . Had to send them back.

This is a really cute shoe, but way too narrow for me (and I have a rather narrow foot). Also, it was terribly stiff--if you like a shoe that moves with your foot, this is NOT the one. I ended up with a stress fracture after wearing these for a total of 5 miles.
