They were too big I sent them back for a smaller size and they having send my exchange back and it's been 3 weeks and still no email on the order?

Received stain shoe and without a box. Worst purchase ever

Very nice trainers but did not get what was supposed to be personalised

I ordered a pair of these online for my daughter and got some old shoes sore, practically tossing them in the trash.

Very comfortable and stylish. Simple but cute could pair with anything

My daughter wore these once and all the stitching at the front of the shoe came apart so have sent them back. This is the second pair of Superstar's she's had, the last pair were in poor condition quickly too but I gave them a second chance as she loves the design. The way the fronts are stitched is just just not a good design.

The sensor is still on the shoes so she can't even wear them

Bought for my son and even though the shoe fits the heel slips off way too much even with thick socks. Tried twice now over the last 1.5 years and same problem each time.

Soo disappointed our son will no longer need crib shoes by the time he grows into these. The size did not match the sizing chart so instead of being Size 3K at 10.5cm as stipulated in the size chart they were size 3K at 13cm which is way too big for my son. Called to complain and was given a 30% off voucher which does not fix the problem at all. S annoyed about this, it was a huge waist of time finding the right crib shoes we were happy with for our Childs first pair of shoes and then having them be useless was such a disappointment. Can't even send them back for the correct size because 1. we don't know what size since the chart is incorrect and 2. they are no longer available.

Outlet doesn't change the size it has to go online but your online system is so poor that even after the shoe is delivered 3 weeks before there is no such option to change the size.

Not comfortable at all. The outsole too stiff and the tongue of the shoe kept bunching up. Not recommend.

NOT made of the material what the specification says

I put poor for quality because I got my son's initials put on them and it came off within 2 weeks of him wearing them, and he didn't even wear them everyday of those 2 weeks. The actual shoes are great, but I feel like I massively wasted my money on the personalisation. They were letter stickers really poorly stuck on.

Delivery was not as promised. Our order was not processed for days. And when we received them the spelling of the name was incorrect even though name on confirmation of order was correct.

Annoying that I know have to now return them and buy from a store at a higher purchase price.

Comfortable whilst being the new 'in' trainer that all kids want

I've received the delivery today the trainers are so amazing the only issue is there are so many manufacturing defects !its seems the trainer was returned by someone ,glue fixed and sent to me!even the three stripes are not well applied you can see one huge bit of a stripe glued to the trainer outside just after the man in ones,there's a huge cut on the trainer that seems was fixed with amounts of glue,in overall I'm disappointed!i wear adidas and this was my first time ordering directly from the main website ,I regret it ! I may end up having to buy a new gift because I don't know how long this will take to exchange if they do exchange!!!!
