I normally take a size 6. I ordered 5.5 and it slipped up and down my heel even when shoe laces fully tightened.

Love the style, although the toddler shoe is a slip on with laces and does not open well enough for my 3 year old not to say Ouch when I put them on him.

The shoe is great, but runs a bit big. I ordered a 5 for my kid, but it looks to be a 5.5 or bigger.

I didn't let me customise the shoe as it said that I could do "free". I think there was something wrong with the manufacturing process or something because the shoe's detailing was coming off. I don't know if the stitching wasn't strong enough? I was wearing them for a good few months (atleast 5) they still weren't very comfortable. Are these shoes support to be like this, I'm not sure.

I'm a women's 5- 51/2 usually. I've ordered three different pair -- size kids 4, women's 5 and 5 1/2 and all too big! Need a 3 but impossible to find! Finally figure I need a kids 3 but can't find it anywhere.

They only sent me one shoe and when I called to explain , it seemed like it was gonna get solved before the baby shower I needed them for. I was asked to email pics of product, which I did . Then 2 days before the shower I see I got another email with a return label for an exchange and instructions where to drop it off. Not sure why I could not be sent the one shoe but the experience sucked . I had to go to a few stores to finally get some and now still have to return the one shoe for a credit

The product was returned because of size related issues. I am still not aware as to whether refund with regards to the said return has been initiated or not?

They don't fit correctly. It was not wide enough. Do you have I returned 2 size 5's , to make sure it was just that style of shoe. However, I have received one credit.

On the package was 2 rights shoes it was a gift so I didn't fit it. Is for a baby
