This is perfect for just carrying water and a couple of snacks. Really light and great in hot running conditions.

This is a good value, very durable, and a workhorse. It is not as comfortable as the skin or sense sets, but is very durable. Because it will not stretch like the other sets it will bounce a bit when full and not adjusted perfectly. It takes a little more time to adjust it properly, but once it is set up it is good to go. The back pocket is good for stowing items, but it is not accessible during activity. It rides higher due to one size fits all. I am 5' 11" 155 lbs. so if you are shorter this may not be true for you. However I would not plan on accessing back pocket during activity.

Ausreichend Volumen fr Jacke, Wasser, Riegel, Toilettenpapier.

Bottom line up front: I got a warranty replacement on this because the back pouch bottom stitch came out after about 50 miles. Also wish it came with a rescue whistle. Seems weird that it didn't. Bought this in my efforts to go lighter and smaller with my long distance running hydration. Have purchased and returned a number of the salomon products due to fit. This was OSFA and adjusted to my exact needs. Cut down a ton of the straps and the replacement has stood up well so far. Overall great design but needs some tweaks on quality and features. Did 28 miles unsupported using only what I could fit in this.

The Good: It holds your phone securely in the front pouch, and lighter than other Salomon vests. Should be fine for short cycling, walking or hiking activities. I bought this for my shorter runs instead of having to use a handheld water bottle.
The Bad: When the water sleeves are full they bounce around way too much, and they sit up higher than the other Salomon vests. There was no way for me to cinch them down, so I spent most of my run debating to just carry the water sleeves. Serious rubbing issues as well. You will want to use body glide for sure if you are . One size fits all is probably not the best design. I'm 6'2" 195 lbs, and had to keep tightening the straps on the sides to try to help with the bouncing. It didn't help, and only made it more uncomfortable. I would recommend spending the extra money and getting a vests that has specific sizes. I own a ADV Skin 5 Set, and love it. If you have the money, go with it. It's slightly bigger, but fits and feels exponentially better.

I like the idea of this pack, but at the end of the day a few design choices forced me to return it. Please note with all of the below that I am a larger than standard runner and I did NOT take the vest for a test run. For reference, I am 6'3" (190cm) tall and weigh about 215 lbs (97 kg).
First, and most important, the pack rubs against the back of my neck. You can see in the stock photos that the pack is designed to sit flush against your neck. I like that this keeps the vest from sliding down on my chest, but it puts an uncomfortable amount of pressure against my neck. I can tell that I would have serious rubbing issues for any run over 10km.
Second, the material used on the edge of the pack is not the best. This contributed to my concerns with how the pack would rub against my neck on a run. Most Salomon packs these days use a trim material to reduce friction wherever the material might touch your skin. With those packs, the material is seamless and is wrapped so that you do not feel any edges. It is tough to tell from the pictures without really zooming in, but the trim material on this pack comes together in a seam in the center. I felt this seam when the bottles were full and the pack was resting against my neck. This was while standing still. I expect the feeling would have been even more uncomfortable while on the move.
Third, the vest sits very high on the body. This may be due to the fact that only one size is offered. So the vest may fit more comfortably on folks who are shorter than me. I initially thought that this would be useful in keeping the vest stable, and it may, in fact, have that effect. I never ran with the vest, so I cannot be sure. I swam for many years and have larger than normal lats. It's not something I normally think about, but on this pack I noticed that the side straps dug into my lats. All of my other running packs are cut longer, and their side straps hit below my lats.
I bought this pack for use one shorter runs or on those routes when I know I will have refueling points along the way. Think of those times when you might use a handheld bottle or a waist system. I dislike both handhelds and waist systems (how does anyone keep them stable!) and was happy to find a sleek alternative. Unfortunately, there were simply too many comfort compromises for me to keep this pack.
