I don't like the product because it is made of velvet material instead of leather.

The colour bled out of the shoe when worn in the rain very poor quality.

No! I am a size 3. The 3.5 Is way to big even with insoles. Why don't you stick size 3??

I thought the plastic "tongues" in the shoes were massive and really ruined the classy look. Also they were really hard and "plasticky" again the bare skin of my foot, and I was hoping to wear these shoes with just inner socks.

The trainers are great but the personalised printing on one trainer goes over the leather part of the trainer and will peel off at some point. Not good quality and the 2nd time have had problems out of 2.

Cheap stickers stuck on to customise. Didn't match the gold letters of rest of trainers and cannot return!!!

The tongue is made of some type of cheap foam so it constantly makes a squeak noise with every step

I still haven't received this package and it was a birthday gift that is now late. Statement says "still in route " and everyday it says will be delivered the next day.

The shoes did not make it to me. FEDEX traced them to no avail. I was charged for shoes that I did not receive. I was not offered a replacement or a refund to date. Not a good experience.

I don't have my order! I did an exchange over 2 weeks ago and heard nothing. This is unacceptable!

Sizing is off. The shoe is not true to size. I was not able to exchange because the shoe sold out.

Returned to narrow ,not wide enough . Need woman shoes that are wide.

I completed an exchange but never received the exchange for the new size I needed. Each time I called to check on status of the exchanged shoes, I was told that it "was in process". It should be more clear when doing an exchange that the new/exchanged item is not shipped until the returned item is received, inspected, and subject to increased turn time to get new item. It has been over 2 weeks since my returned item was received. It is much better to just return and complete a new order.

I gave this a 1 star rating because I haven't received the shoes yet. They should have been here over a week ago, but they are not. The main reason is that when I allied customer service to try to see where the shoes are, the person I spoke to was very snippy, rude, and extremely disrespectful.

Received this shoe just now, the shoe product/ cloth or material is in shreds and coming out. Looks so bad. I ordered two shoes and it seems really bad. Don't recommend anyone getting this shade. really disappointed

Ordered a standard size and they are a half size too big. Stil wore them because they look great.

The colour is nice. Except for the white tongue, looks stupid. Shoes are squeaky and not very comfortable. Quite disappointed overall. Prefer my Pumas

This shoe will got holes in it after one week or wearing. It is terrible quality and smells terrible too.

The second time I wore these I developed blisters on my ankles. The shoe's design rubs just the wrong way. I will never wear these againwhat a waste!

Ridiculously oversized. I spent several minutes scouring the size charts, including measuring my foot from tip of big toe to heal so I would have an accurate first-time ordering experience. I think maybe they were unisex shoes or something, because they were ridiculously oversized, even though I followed the size charts exactly. I thought about maybe going into a retail store to try on something to see what that size would be, but it turned out to be too much of a pain in the butt, so I just returned with the two pairs I ordered. I would have tried to exchange them had I even a small clue of what size to get, but I doubt the next order would have been accurate, either. Frustrating, because they were cute.

First wear, got on the bus and the tongue came out of one. Poor quality.

I NEVER leave reviews but my disappointment in the quality of this shoe left me no choice but to vent my frustration. I have other gazelles and there is arch support and cushion in the shoe. This shoe has no arch support & the cushion is almost non existent. Going barefoot feels better. I tried to put my orthotics in the shoe but unfortunately they made my heel pop out. An inner sole also did not help. For the price it should have better cushion & foot support. A shoe should be firm with a nice cushion, this is not the case for these. This is the 2nd gazelle I have recently purchased with this problem item IF3817. Adidas please go back to the drawing board and give it a little tweak.
