Always been a fan of Adidas, and Gazelles are a staple part of the brand. For me I wanted something I could wear to hockey games at home and on the road as a finishing touch to the proud fan support that follows the game everywhere. The colour and style of these shoes are exactly what I wanted, with the added prestige of Adidas being the brand of choice for those following their teams, regardless of the sport. The actual shoes performance is exactly what you would expect overall. To give some insight if you haven't bought Gazelles before, they're a light but still very comfy option, with the bonus of them being able to stand up to wear and tear well. To compare, the weight feels slightly but not significantly lighter than that of a pair of Stan Smiths or Sambas. The tread is fairly smooth but provides a decent enough grip, so for urban journeys on unchallenging terrain in good weather, they're great, and ideal for wear around grounds and stadiums. Despite having larger feet, the shoes are very accommodating, and adjusting the laces allows any tweaks to give a snug but comfy fit on what I would imagine would be a broad variety of foot types, both long and wide. For maintenance upkeep, these shoes are similar to Samba's in terms of material, short suede leather uppers, and foam/rubber treads and lowers. A good cleaning kit and ideally a water/dirt proofing spray will help maximise the lifetime of your shoes, especially if you intend to wear them to sporting events or as casual nightwear. My only criticism is making sure you align the tongue before tying your laces off is really important. If you don't have it centred right you may find it uncomfortable. On the whole, they're a solid shoe that carry a weight of constant improvements over the years and a wealth of heritage and love from fans of sport and the quality Adidas is known for the world over. They're iconic, they're versatile and they're built to let you weave your own memories into them, like so many others have. They're going to last you well, and will easily become a favourite day to day shoe as well as part of your chosen game day attire.

Attracts a lot of admirers and to be worn for occasions only, not everyday footwear

The shoe fits snug at first but will loosen overtime. Very comfortable to wear.

If you are after a comfortable trainer with that classic look and that retro look then these are the ones.

The notch in the shoe that fits the inner part of the foot is slightly uncomfortable but it still fits perfectly. Had a bad experience with the help desk lady cause I don't know how I ordered the size I did, I initially didn't but apparently I did. But I had many options to look at for help but I understood that due to it being personalised I couldn't do it. Overall it was an awesome experience, checking out and placing the order was super quick, updates are on the clock with the app and the delivery company delivered at my door step on the date suggested. Great quality, would definitely recommend. Starting with my collection now.

The quality is as it always is from Adidas. As soon as I saw these I knew I had to have a pair.

My favourite Adidas trainer ,the Gazelle's have never let me down whether I'm wearing them with shorts or Jean's the Gazelle's look fantastic and are alway's comfortable to wear, this particular colour is perfect for the summer and fit in nicely with my collection as you can see I can't wait to purchase another colour.
