Be careful, this shoe is made from a mesh material with NO insulation. It is a summer shoe only. The high sole at the back of the shoe makes it look a little like an old persons orthopedic shoe.

I bought these for a trip to Puerto Rico. I was told we'd be going through some jungle trails and such. These were perfect for the temperature and terrain. We didn't do hardcore hiking, but I feel they would've held up. Their light and breathable. Most of the time I wasn't wearing socks with them. I don't usually do that. Love em!

I walk 10 miles under time pressure, and I have a back disability. The shoe has offered good back support and no hot spots from the shoe wear. There has been no slipping on various outdoor surfaces. I haven't worn the shoe long enough to report wearing but I have another Adidas shoe that is showing almost no wear after more than 7 hundred miles.

A shoe that is actually designed to fit a human foot! Not pointy toed or too narrow. A good looking design except for the fact that the sole is a little too thick in the back making it look a little like an old person's orthopedic. Be careful, the exterior of this shoe is made solely from mesh material and has no insulation. Summer shoe only.

This shoe was a lot better than what I expected. It is a summer shoe, very comfortable, excellent support for my size 15". So I'm very happy with this product my only problem is that they don't have more in my size. Come on Zappos Let's GO>>>

This is a case of looks great functions stink... I use my sneakers for cross-training and for running these things felt like wet noodles on my feet there was no support they did have a nice high arch on the insole but you felt every Pebble underneath your feet from the outer sole the construction felt like it was made out of cheap plastic and I was really disappointed because I am a fan of Adidas Footwear I would definitely not advise these as I returned mine after having them for only a few hours
