I am a women's true 7.5 but I got the 5.5 men's and they're still too big. I don't have narrow or wide feet. I wish I got the 5 men's. Def size down and try them in store. I also would say the suede is hard to keep up and the soles on the sides on the front are kinda coming loose like converse. But it's a thin easy summer shoe that matches everything. I don't regret it

I am usually size 10 in women's shoes but purchased these in 9.5 for an ideal fit. I only took off a star because I'm not a huge fan of the stiff tongue but it's not a deal breaker, and in fact the dark green pair that I also picked up has a foam tongue so perhaps that detail varies by colour. Very comfortable with no break in period for me.
