These shoes were comfortable from the 1st time I tried them on.

Nice shoe but not wide enough for my feet

Very comfortable right out of the box. No feeling they needed broken in yet they didn't have that loose, soft and floppy feel like so many shoes these days. Definitely feel there is some support with this shoe. The sole is definitely firmer than many types, but again it supports your walk. You don't feel like the sole is so soft you're slogging through sand with each step. Insole is comfortable. Since they are firmer, soles sound a little loud on hard surfaces. I'm hoping that goes away with time.

Nice looking and comfortable but unfortunately even the smallest size was too big. I usually wear 5.5/6 which this was, but it was too big. I normally go with medium width but the only alternate option was wide which I went with and that was comfortable. Wish this came in a 5/5.5. Sadly, I’ve had to return it.

The shoe is extremely attractive and well constructed. However, it is very stiff and runs quite small.

Loved the look. Very comfortable. However they felt small and narrow. I wear a 40 in Birkenstocks but these left no toe room in a 40. Also the toe box seemed narrow, and my feet are pretty average width. Perhaps a size up will fix that because they are great shoes.

Too long. I always wear a 7.5 or 38 but these wear way too long, falling off. Will try next size down.

I think these are great looking shoes. Unfortunately, I wear a size 43 shoe and different 43s fit differently. I bought a pair of Dansko Paisley suede that I love. I will say that part of the stitching hit in the wrong place. I have put a bandaid on for that reason. I wear orthotics for plantar fasciitis and when I say I love the shoes, the main reason is that they seem to provide good support to minimize the pain. I am able to put in my own orthotics. I think these shoes looked great. My size 43 feet wouldn't look quite as large if I could have worn them. They are sleek looking.

Love these shoes, great for running around doing errands. I certainly couldn’t wear them for a hike, but that’s not what my expectations were either. So, overall, happy with my purchase!

I really like these Danskos and I’m happy that I bought them. I wore them to work as a teacher day after day after day. My feet were pretty comfortable after eight hours on my feet. I was able to wear them with my custom orthotics and a trouser sock. I like the look of them and they are athletic enough to be comfortable but not too athletic looking to prevent me from wearing them at work. That’s the sweet spot for me and these fit the bill for that. The one problem that I have had with them is the toggle instead of the normal tie. One time I was getting out of the car and the loop got stuck on my break in my car and I almost had a really bad fall and I feel lucky to have not broken my ankle. Despite that scary incident, I do like these and I would buy them again I just would hope that the design could be changed a bit to get rid of that toggle loop.

These are a much better fit than the Holland in the same size. Not great support but will be fine for light walking. I think they are nice looking and I like the toggle for easy slipping on and off.

Loved the design, and they're super comfy everywhere else but too wide in the heel. Not an error in construction, but these soles are so squeaky on waxed floors that my co-workers can hear me coming a mile away -- which might be a good thing!

These are very comfortable. I have to get good arch support & these seem very good. I did have to go up a half size. I really like the slip on style. They look just like the picture except in reality the toes are a little bit more rounded. I recommend them.

I was looking for a tennis shoe I could slip on and off easily with good support and comfortable. These have fit the bill. So, I bought these in my normal size 40. I wore them in the house for about a week and I just wasn't sure if they were a little short, so I called zappos (thank you for your amazing customer service) explained my dilemma, and expressed I thought I should experiment with a half size larger. Well the larger ones are much better. So if you think they are a little small, try a 1/2 size up. Also, the front of these shoes are a little boxy, or a little of a ballerina toe. So I wasn't as thrilled with the look but they are very comfortable, have good support and I like that I can slip them on and off. Although I didn't wear them long enough to see if necessary, I went ahead and put my Spenco Rx Orthotics in the shoes to add additional support. May have not need it though.

I liked the style of the shoes. I take a 12M, I ordered the 43 which is 12.5 to 13M. The shoes fit, but my toes were touching the front of the shoe and it felt a bit narrow. The shoes are very cute and looked very small on my 12M feet. I have decided that the European sizing just doesn't work for my feet. I have tried other brands and have had the same result. The 42 is definitely to small and the 43 isn't much better.

I've had bunion surgery on both feet. These shoes fit fine and have good support but I find my feet hurt all over, a little, in them, and I think it's because of the sole. I also think that it's just me. It might be fine for you. So I would say if you have/had bunions this would be a good choice.

Shoes are little narrow than what I would consider Medium. Otherwise they fit well. I like the laces except I think they are too short because when you pull them tight the toggle goes all the way to the loop-end of laces and its a little difficult to grab the loop-end of the laces again. I don't mind tucking the loose loop into the laces.

Fit was good, arch support amazing, width was spot on. Only problem was the heel of the shoe gave me blisters on my right foot, still breaking them in , hopefully that stops.

These shoes were too wide for me. This meant that in order for them to be tight enough for my heel not to slip, I had to cinch them up so much, that if and when the stretch out a little, I'd have no option to tighten them further. The other problem was that the zip-laces ended up with loops so long that they to reached my toes. Unlike Salomon zip-laces that have a pocket to tuck the lace in, Danskos don't. I contacted Dansko through their website and the customer service person said to just tuck it into the shoe which isn't comfortable.

As pretty as these are, the wide is NOT wide enough. It pressed on my bunion so I had to return them.

I have to say up front that most shoes are uncomfortable and rarely accommodate both plantar fasciitis and bunions. I walk between 4 ½ and 6 miles daily, so comfort is important. The Dansko Honor in size 38 wide fit comfortably. Sometimes wide shoes have wide heels, but luckily these seem normal. The arch support is adequate, not quite enough for perfection. My only real criticism is that the soles are quite hard. The footbed supplies decent padding under the heel and arch, but the ball of the foot seems hard with inadequate padding. I've been wearing them inside on my wood floors, so they've been ok. The real test will be a long march through a big box store or an airport on concrete.

These are cute, but with the elastic lacings, they just feel too loose for me. I do have a more narrow foot, so they would probably be ok for those with medium or wider feet. I really wanted to keep them, but I think the only way they would work for me is if I removed the elastic and put in regular shoe laces - but I didn't want to take the risk of cutting out the elastic in case it didn't work.

Great fit; Very comfortable

I thought these were different for Dansko, and I like them, wore them around the house, and were comfortable for a bit, but they were stiff, and not quite what I was looking for, but points for Dansko working on new designs.
