This review is more on the customer service than the actual shoe, although the shoe is very comfortable and you should make sure to buy a whole size smaller than your normal size for a good fit. Also the front tongue has the Adidas logo on suede and that rubbing on your foot will give off a black residue so wear socks that cover that part of your foot. ANYWAY the customer service was beyond anything I have experienced. I called to price match since these were on sale on another website and the customer service rep must have just had lunch because he was so kind, helpful and went above and beyond. He upgraded the shipping, and my account so I always get next day shipping, also price matched this shoe although I technically didn't qualify for the price match. Zappos is the only place I order shoes for my kid and I now. GREAT JOB!

The shoes are very comfortable but they do run big. I will be exchanging for a half size smaller than my usual size.

Perfect. They are light weight and super comfortable. I first wore them all day yesterday at the zoo for 4 hours and it felt like I was walking on a cloud. I am definitely going to buy another pair in a different color!

These shoes are amazing I can wear them 24/7. They feel so comfortable! Black goes with pretty much everything. I got a size 7 and they fit great a little tight by the shoe laces but after the first day they stretch. NOt an issue with these. Will buy again if they ever go bad.

Cute shoes but I’m having to return them for a smaller size. I usually wear a 9 but these are to big so I’m praying an 8.5 will fit perfectly ????

I have been a Nike gal forever Figured I would give these a try, all I can say is wow.They are so comfortable, but they do run big. I am a 7 1/2 in a half in most sneakers but sized down to a 6 1/2.

They are very comfortable and go with most outfits but i did have to wear thick socks because they wear a bit wide other then that very comfortable and stylish

I have not worn Adidas in a long time. The shoes looks great but I need too wear thicker socks for a better fit.

Reading the reviews i was skeptical to try these, but Zappos never lets me down so i went ahead and ordered them. I nornally Wear a size 5/5.5 so i was afraid they’d be to big for me. I ordered a size 5 and they are completely perfect. They fit like a glove and are very comfortable. They aren’t running shoes by any means, but they’re a great shoe for walking or a casual gym day that you aren’t doing cardio. I really like how the sole is larger than other shoes i own, gives great stability! I recommend!

Definitely glad I read the other reviews and ordered a smaller size. I usually wear a size 6/6.5 and was a bit skeptical about going a whole size smaller .. I usually wear size 6 in Nikes and I knew that Adidas usually run a bit awkward in their sizing because I own a dozen of them but I can get away with wearing big kids sizes. So I was confused with what size to order. Ordering a size smaller from a size 6 just didn’t sound right from what I knew about Adidas, that would put me at a big kids size 5 & I have one pair that size and they are snug. So bam, I knew I had to go with a size 5.5 if everyone was talking about sizing down! Well they arrived today and they fit perfectly! I ordered the pink & I was unsure if that was going to “be me” but after I got them on and looked in the mirror, wow I love them! They are comfy and lightweight, wonderful support! So I guess if you order these, I usually wear a size 6 and I ordered a size 5.5 however it also depends how you like your shoe to fit. I prefer a snug fit, helps with circulation, rather than wear a floppy clown shoe.

Run LARGE! Ordered 9.5 based on reviews. la canadienne wear (9.5), nike/brooks (10), dansko(41). NOTE: inside this sneaker said "Euro 42" which is more like an 10.5! and certainly not a 9.5 Otherwise sneaker is good for casual week-end wear and travel walking, things like that.
