I have a pair of Stan Smith tennis shoes that are getting worn so I decided to buy another pair. Being that I still have my old pair and I just received the new pair, I can compare the two. The new pair are very disappointing. Adidas has sold out! There is no comparison. The old pair are MUCH more well designed. The new pair are obviously cheaply made. Shame on Adidas for selling out just to make extra bucks! The quality craftsmanship is laughable. The sole is cheaply made. the leather uppers are different as well. After wearing Stan Smiths for years, I can now say this will be my last Adidas shoes. You did this to your self Adidas. Selling out is why companies lose customers, but don't tell that to management, they can't understand that.

The leather felt a little cheap, but the reason I am returning them is because the tongue of this shoe comes WAY up on the ankle!! It has a blunt cut leather edge so I was worried that it would rub horribly.

I normally wear a 7.5. I ordered down to a 7 and these are still easily a full size too big. Returning to try a 6.

Comfy and cute! They seem to run a little big for my narrow foot but not big enough to size up. Stan Smith's are the bestthey have stood the test of time.

The shoe does one large I normally wear a 10 or 10 1/2 but they were extremely large. I just use thicker socks.
