I LOVE Stan Smith shoes. I now have three pairs. However, I bought the White/Mauve pair and the tongue is different from the White/Green classic color that I have. Even pictured you can tell that the tongue is the mauve is flat with stitching and the green is padded. The flat tongue is high and at the perfect angle and length to rub the top of my ankle raw. I didn't know this would be an issue but when I began to wear them to break them in I realized it was happening. If I had noticed the difference before I ordered, I would have selected a color with the padded tongue rather than this one. Hoping to save someone else the experience I've had, especially if you're sensitive to blisters or rubbing from shoes. The ones with the padded tongues are fabulous though! Oh - and definitely order a half size down. I'm a solid 10 and wear 9.5 in Stan Smith.

Great classic buy. Runs a little bit and will crease but worth it for the summer.

I absolutely love these! They look great with every outfit. I have flat feet and these are so incredibly comfortable. The only reason I took a star off was because Adidas recommends sizing half a size down however I should have sized a full size down. Normally I am a true size 7.5 in most brands and so I purchased these in a size 7, as recommended. Still too big. I ended up reordering them in a size 6.5 and now they fit perfectly. Other than the sizing issue I'm in love with the comfort and simplicity of these sneakers.

I've worn women's Stan Smiths for years and years. Went two years ago to buy a new pair, and found the tongue was huge in order accommodate a Stan Smith portrait - which was to commemorate a 50th anniversary. Hated the oversized tongue and the portrait, so decided to wait, thinking the portrait and oversized tongue would eventually go. Two years later, and the long, oversized - and uncomfortable - tongue and the portrait is still on the shoe, How much longer is Adidas going to keep the oversized tongue and the goofy portrait on this once great shoe?

These tennis shoes are very comfortable and stylish. They were comfortable from day one, and didn't have to be broken in.

I wanted to replace my old Stan Smiths and bought these new ones with 'Primegreen.' The quality is nowhere near what the original ones were. They for sure fit differently and are squeaky and look cheaper in person. I'm very disappointed that there isn't an option to purchase in original leather OR the new material. I will be returning them for sure.
