These shoes are pretty dope, they really need to be broken into first for them to become comfortable. As for the lip squeaking noise that other reviewers mentioned, I noticed that yes it exists, however it isn't loud or obnoxious and only happens occaisionally. Overall, love the color of the shoe, the lip looks great when you tie the laces behind it. I wore a 12 in vans but an 11.5 in these was a perfect fit.

My favorite shoes. So durable. I have had for 8 years and they don’t seem that old! Love the color.

Purchased this shoe for my husband who pretty much only wears adidas Originals. With a size 13 foot, adidas Originals are true to size. My only suggestion would be to pre-treat any suede parts with a protector spray.

Grey and red is s great color option for this classic. Other reviews are correct- you should size down at least a half size for this shoe - even compared to other Adidas shoes you own.

Gazelles with these white soles do run a full size large. To prevent the tongue from squeaking, remove the laces and rub the shoe tongue with a wet paper towel until the tongue feels less waxy and somewhat hydrated and more supple. Put the laces back on the shoe and it will be silent.

I ordered this shoe for my 21 year old college student, and he likes it very much. He has a wide foot, and this shoe is comfortable to him.

Cool shoe. The tongue is plastic or something and super noisy. It's kind of embarrassing to walk around in these shoes.

look nice. felt good on my feet. I usually wear gola. These run crazy big. I wear a 8 in Gola and a 41 1/3 in Mavic cycling shoes. The 8 gazelle had to be a whole size bigger!! Have you seen the custom options on the adidas website?? 3 stars overall cause it's a pain in the ass to return and wait.

This is a great looking shoe and fit nicely, but it's very squeaky. The tongue is made of this plastic rubbery stuff that rubs on the rest of the shoe. So every single step causes a loud squeak. I think I'm going to have to send it back.
