Not happy with this item at all and I'm a loyal customer I'm really disappointed

I bought two different ones by accident but both had the same issue.

Like the product but the pair I received were not of great standard.

Finally got my order but as soon as I opened up the box quickly noticed a yellow stain on the left shoe heel it is a very small stain and it may sound picky but when I buy something brand new I expect It to come brand new

Destroyed my feet took time to walk in the them and break them in but offer no support for the middle of your foot.

You need to develop a more robust product, poor quality, ripped less than two weeks after purchased.

Not my cup of tea. Dumb tags all over it that said all foreign languages. Ugly!l

These shoes looked really good but unfortunately the design which doesn't allow you to fully open the shoe to get your foot in caused massive issues and an uncomfortable fit so they got sent back. Shame.

I was hoping that I would get more help from Adidas as I have regular fit NMDs and went to purchase this and missed the snug fit part. I wanted to replace them but no help at all. Thought you'd get a bit more help from a massive business like this.

Normally a 7.5/8 in women's. Ordered 7.5 in women's... fit more like 8.5/9.

Total lack of quality and zero responsiveness of support. Case forward to Testaankoop, an entity to protect consumer rights. #adidasscandals

Really disappointed in the sizes offered. I am a 6.5 but that wasn't an option. The 6 was way too small and the 7 was way too big but a 7.5 is offered and its not even offered as a womens option. I had been waiting months and months for the all white to be re-released only to be let down.
