The arch was too high for my foot so I changed out the insert to tone it down a bit. I really like these shoes. They have plenty of room in the toe and are comfortable right out of the box

These mid tops are very comfortable out of the box. With a wide foot bed and strong lace up all the way through the top they are perfect for outdoor scrambles, hiking, and rocky terrain. The heel bed is very cushy and makes for bounce like strides across hard surface areas. The toe protection in the front gives an added assurance while traversing the wild. Materials are very high quality. Great show for the price.
