I always wear a size 8M and these boots are too tight and very stiff. Very disappointing! I'm going to return them.

cute boot, but I dont think it was my style. The tie in the back came undone several times while I tried it on and off, plus the back small piece was a bit hard to get straight, It was very soft on the foot!

I wanted to love these snugly warm booties! These were the look and the height I wanted but a little hard to get on and off, perhaps because of the laces at the back. I thought they were just decorative but they are actually laced at the back and this seemed like a pain and that the laces would give out over time. I didn't want to size up because once I managed to get them on they fit correctly. I also thought that these were leather uppers instead of suede so they might wear better but the leather was so soft it was suede-like. They were returned and I'm back to searching!

I do not like to leave negative reviews and I even rolled my eyes at others complaints as being most likely dramatic but these boots are very low quality. The sole is thin and totally flat and I would compare this to a quality from Target or even Payless. The insdie is nice and fully lined but they look and feel cheap. True to size though if you are not going to heed the warning haha. I also ordered the Ugg Kress Ankle boot and that one is wonderful! I'm sending this Naiyah back and keeping the Kress.

Very difficult to get on!

Thrilled to get my boots. Opened the box and the right boot was on top so I tried it on first... it was a child’s size. I’ve worn a 7 my entire life, no fluctuations. Didn’t even bother trying to get my good into it. Never even finished opening the box. I should have checked the size inside the boot but didn’t. The three seconds it was out of the box, it did not appear to be a high end boot at all. The shearling was sparse and felt faux. Huge disappointment.
