Very stylish. Shape on the toe area makes them a little dressier. Purchased my usual size and they fit good but a little bit more snug than usual.

Was really excited to get this boot - thought it might end my search! (thank you Zappos!) ---- however - there is some type of hard heel stiffener part thingy that is a killer!!! I even tried a different pair of socks and that stiff heel part hindered walking even on carpet. Continuing my search. This is a very nice style though - like the looks of it - the black leather has a great feel to it. the 9 felt super size-wise ---- felt sure I would not be able to break in that heel piece. sorrry to return.

The style and leather are great. (Although one boot had a blemish on top that had been touched up)
I am hoping I can "break in" the boot. I have a bunion that may make it difficult. They are a bit too narrow and the leather is a bit stiff, so I'm still not sure about them. But, a stylish good quality boot if you have narrow feet and no foot issues.

But boot is very stiff and I am sending back to exchange for a larger size

The UGG brand was recommended to me because of how challenging it is for me to find a shoe or boot that fits my foot. Visually this boot appears to be well made although the straps are offset about 2mm from front to back. On the downside, these boots were at least a half size smaller than the size ordered. There is no arch support which is a major issue with me at this price point. The style itself was also rather bland.

The books were a beautiful color. I had shopped a long time to find a bootie that was dressy yet could be worn with jeans as well. However the fit was terrible. The boots were tight across the heel making them hard to get on and off. And they did not fit my high arches. Sadly, had to return.
