My go-to summet weekend shoe for casual, beach, errands.

I have narrow feet. I tried on every single style of chacos at REI and the footbeds were all too wide, but these fit perfectly! I wore them for the last 3 days straight and had no chafing. The material is not very breathable however-my feet feel weirdly toasty/smothered sometimes for being in sandals. I was looking for a pair that I could walk a ton in AND wear to work/or with dresses. Support-wise they are great but style wise the black ones are still a bit too sporty looking. Kept them anyways since they are 30$ less than the ECCOs I was eyeing.

These sandals fit perfectly. The straps are very comfortable, no rubbing at all. They also look very nice, more of a trim appearance than other similar styles. I did not give them 5 stars because they are just a bit thin under the ball of the foot. Great for wearing out-and-about, look very nice with casual dresses. The aluminum color is a soft gray that I really like-not the band-aid tan they look like on the screen! I prefer these to the Teva Tirrells that I also bought recently because the straps are more comfortable.

Great sandal for running around. Foot bed cushy and comfy. Unfortunately I had to return for 2 reasons: 1) Velcro pieces scratched my foot; and 2) The toe strap was too big and not adjustable so the front part of the shoe flopped around as I walked.

I have worn Merrell sandals for years, bought this same sandal in black last summer, but this one fits differently than the other pair. This pair appears to be longer than the other pair. The strapping did allow me to adjust the sandal so that they are comfortable, but they definitely look longer on my feet.

The sole was too thin for me and didn't feel supportive.

Thought I would need a 10, but 9's felt good. I like that I can just the heel along with the width. I like that the straps are sturdy yet not bulky and that my toes have plenty of room while the sandal is secure. I wish there was a little more arch support.

Very cute but middle strap is to tight.

pretty shoe with a soft, comfortable foot bed. This sandal does not have the typical deep heel cup and arch support I look for in Merrell sandals however, so if you have pronation problems (as do I) you might want to try another style.

The first pair I tried on had uneven strap length. Went to a different store and the one there did not have that problem. I found the straps cut into my foot a bit initially, perhaps because the straps are narrow. After wearing twice I find them comfortable now. I have a narrow foot and they fit me fine although I have to put the straps where they are pulled so much that the velcro doesn't completely overlap anymore. I'd buy them again. I bought the blue pair and they are a bit bluer than the photo (although it may just be screen differences).

This shoe was very comfortable right out of the box. I was leery, since I had read all the reviews about the weird ridge under the toes, but my feet were ok with that. I don't know why Merrell feels the need to put the ridge there though, since it's absolutely not necessary to keep the shoe on your foot. My only real complaint about this shoe is that whatever the footbed lining is made out of does not breathe, so my feet get hot and sweat, which is why I didn't give the shoe 5 stars for comfort. It's not a big enough problem to return the shoes, but still not pleasant. The search for the perfect black sandals continues. My all-black terrans were the perfect sandal, but apparently they stopped making ones with all black straps. :(

Great looking shoe! Really wish it came in half sizes. Had to return because it was either too short or too long.

I liked this sandal but it just didn't quite fit me right. It was comfortable overall but it ran about a half size long. The little bump on the insole also didn't hit my foot in the right place, so instead of helping keep my foot from sliding forward, it rubbed the sole of. The velcro on the top part of the straps (both foot and ankle) was only sewn on the sides and not the ends and looked like it would start detaching within a few uses. The narrow angled strap also rubbed one of my big toes.

Merrells usually fit me, and sandals with an adjustable toe box strap usually fit me. However, these were a tad too narrow due to the fixed middle strap. Had to return them.

I ordered these in black. The black dye on the straps rubbed off everywhere they touched my feet. This happened when the sandals were brand new and still being worn only indoors. I hate to think how bad it would be if they were being worn in humid weather, or if they got wet. But I did like the style, fit, and comfort, and have ordered them in a light color.
