The question is: does this shoe makes a diference in my lifts? answer: Yes, Huge diference! More stability and good balance betwen weight and confort.

Feel like your feet are glued to the platform during squats and the weight of the shoes really help you to stick landings. Ordered a size small and it fits tight but in a beneficial way. Item looks awesome visually.

Great weightlifting shoes, these are a true shoe for weightlifting. These are NOT crossfit shoes. They are solid/heavy. Perfect for lifting.

Honestly never used a lifter before this one. Glad I bought these, I feel like you have to be a little eccentric to wear these but they are awesome and make me want to push my lifts to the next level.

The only negative is that the upper start is a little short and doesn't fasten far down the Velcro. Besides that, they are perfect!

My regular running shoes were not super great for squats. With those shoes I have way more stability and it helps improve my lifts. The shoes are a bit narrow.

These shoes are great. Having jacked up ankles from jiu Jitsu my dorsiflexion is garbage. While I am slowly improving on that I couldn't hit depth in my squats. Now I'm able to reach full depth and then some without my body having to compensate elsewhere. They feel super solid with a wide base and the heel is awesome. Traction is good allowing me to get the torque I need to create external rotation at the hip and crush my squats. Comfortable enough for a squat shoe but the priority is performance. I wear them to squat twice a week.

These are the first pair of lifters i have purchased after starting olympic weightlifting classes and i can tel you now i wish i had got them sooner. All my lifts have increased and i feel alot more secure and grounded in them, would recommend!!

I tried these squating for the first time today and by God I have never felt more stable in a Squat than I did in these. Highly recommended.

This is actually my first Olympic shoe. I only use this when I squat heavy, I am still working on my Olympic lifts. This is a great investment that will last you several years. Highly recommend it!
