The wide version fits my feet perfectly. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit well. Thanks to Merrell, I have an option.

The shoes are comfortable and warm. Waterproof is a definite plus. I would totally recommend these to anyone hiking in less than perfect conditions.

This time I went with a lower Moab2 hiker model and from the beginning I felt a comfortable and perfect fit. Hiking was a pleasure, over rocks, sand and loose terrain. Merrell really made this shoe a champion and great outdoor shoe.

Fit is just right for my wide feet. They are also very consistent and match my last pair of Merrell's (many years old and finally worn through) in comfort and fit. The absolute most comfortable shoes of any kind I've ever owned.

I live in an area where I can walk to my bank, as well as several restaurants and shops. I have worn them on a few outings now and really like the feel and comfort. I have arthritis in the big toe of my right foot and these shoes have great support for my foot. I appreciate your work in making these and hope to get some more products from you soon Tim

I finally blew out my oldest pair of Moabs (2013) earlier this year and had to get a replacement pair. These shoes are the only ones that fit my wide Fred Flintstone feet, and can be worn all day. Very grateful for the true to size fit, and the waterproofing to keep my feet dry during the PNW rainy season.

Love these shoes! Second pair. I bought these to take to Europe where I knew we'd be doing a lot of walking. They were comfortable and were great for both hikes in the forest or wandering the streets of Athens.

Got these pair in preparation for my Alaskan Cruise. Worked well in the rain and through my hike. I probably wore it tweice before an actual hike so a small period of breaking them in. Will buy again

My husband prefers Moab 2 waterproof wide width over any other hiking shoe. He has ventilators for summer and waterproof for winter. I have been buying these for him for many years. His go to shoes!

Excellent hiking shoe. Great traction over all types of terrain. Comfortable from first wearing. Minimal break in. Nice fitting wide width.

These boots are AWESOME!!! I'm a 70 year old woman and we live in the mountains in Oregon's coast range. I HAVE BUNIONS!!! I can never find shoes or boots that fit well and feel good for any length of time. These water proof Merrill Moab 2 are just the ticket! While we're still waiting on the usual rain for this time of year I have hiked all over our vast property comfortably and dry. I did buy the inserts for these boots to give them a little extra footbed power and boy, are they ever comfortable. Can't say enough positive about them. Thank you, Merrill, for both pair of my wide width boots!!! I also bought the non-waterproof Moab for "dress". :)

Brand new shoes. Wore them for the past three days, clearing debris from Hurricane Ian. Never even realized I had new shoes on. No discomfort at night when I took them off. Really great shoes in my opinion.

Wore my new Merrill Moab 2's on Canadian fishing trip. In and out of boat, searching for wood for shore lunch fire, lodge breakfast n dinners in cold weather. My feet were never cold, never wet. Worked just as I hoped they would.
