Comfortable and true to size for me although I do have somewhat narrow feet.

Love it! True to size, comfortable and color is great. I bought black and red. And both shoes looks great.

These are so cute I can't stand it. Incredibly comfortable. The oyster/putty suede is so modern.

Wish they had been more comfortable.

The shoes are super cute, but unfortunately very narrow. As other reviewers have noted, the shoestrings are stiff, but that didn't matter much to me because I didn't intend to tie/untie them. I loosened the shoestrings to get my feet in and walked around on them for about 5 minutes and I could feel the sole of the shoes around the outside edges of the shoe on my feet, not comfortable. I wish they weren't so narrow because they're adorable and I wish I could keep them.

I loved the look. The leather is beautiful. But my toes are feeling crowded. Sadly these will go back.

These are a little narrow, but super cute and I am happy with the way they look, so I'm hoping the suede stretches a bit and then they'll be perfect. The laces are a bit stiff, so I leave them tied loosely and just slip on/off. I like the little patch of sheepskin in the inside of the heel, which prevents rubbing on the heel.

I wanted to love this show because I have a pair of UGG sandals and they are some of my most comfortable shoes. However, I ordered my usual size and they were way too small.

The styling of these shoes is great. I was hesitant about the suede and summer, but the look is very cute. Sadly they feel narrow. I am a solid 8M, and these were too narrow.

Cute shoes, but no arch support. I was surprised because I've had other tennis style shoes from Ugg that did have the support.

I ordered the tan and red ones, im keeping the tan ones, they are very soft and comfortable, i am returning the red, just because they look much brighter in the picture, in person they look "washed out" and orange toned, not what i was expecting, im still on the hunt for the perfect christmas red shoe!

I really liked these shoes. I wanted to keep them but when I walked, the material of the shoe that creases when you walk (which is stiff)rubbed on my toes and was not comfortable. Also, the laces are EXTREMELY stiff and hard to maneuver. Unfortunately, they had to go back. I love that Zappos has free shipping both ways! That makes buying shoes very easy.

I really like the look of this shoe. It does't scream WHITE shoe, which I love. The color is a very subtle neutral. What I didn't like was that the laces are pretty tough to adjust. It was a challenge to loosen them up enough to get my foot in and then get them back laying flat as pictured above. And then what to do with all the extra lace? Overall, I would say it fit true to size. It is a cute, comfortable shoe with fair to moderate support (and I generally don't wear flats). I am sending them back because of the laces, but that doesn't change my opinion of liking the shoe.
