My High Key Large were delivered today. I love the glasses and the frame, however the most important part of this review is that the glasses came in damaged. There was a small chip in the glass where it connects to the frame. I contacted customer support immediately and they were so extremely helpful and friendly. I submitted pictures. My replacement High Keys are already ordered and will be shipped. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Quai just made a lifelong customer out of me.

Perfect fit and look great! I've been looking for an aviator that is not as "classic" as the Ray Ban and these are definitely it! The polarized lenses are a great add, too. Excellent value for money here!

Glasses are of high quality. Upper part is extremely clear and no glare. Lower clear part is positioned perfectly and the fit is perfect. Extremely satisfied with purchase. Have already purchased black version. Will buy again.
