Purchased for a trip to Sequoia and Yosemite. Two days later I still have tenderness on the back of my ankle/lower leg. The boot's padding cut into the back of my ankle/Achilles tendon. On Day #1 my hiking partner - walking behind me - said she could see an indentation in my skin every time I stepped forward. Horrible fit.

I really wanted to like these. The colors are great and the boots are very lightweight. However, I ordered a 7.5 (half size bigger than my sneakers as I usually do for almost all boots I buy) and while the foot felt fine, the back of the shoe just rubbed into my ankle tremendously. My ankles were so sore, and the bone felt numb by the end of the day. I even tried different socks and it felt the same. Not worth it at all, not even to break in. They get easily dirty as well.

Loved the look of these boots but was disappointed in how they fit. The part where the tongue meets the toe of the boots would dig into my toes every time I took a step forward. Therefore, I had to return them and didn't get another pair.

The color and style are nice. I like that there are not a lot of seems. But they run big. I'm not sure why they don't just fit. They are big in the heal. So I'll have to wear big socks which is ok in the winter, but not the summer. If i hadn't already thrown the box out, I'd return them.

Looks good. It's about a half size to small. Need to return.

I bought this for a three day hiking trip in Mt. Rainier. By the middle of the first day, my feet were very sore and I developed blisters. This continued on for the rest of the trip. I think this is because the shoe is pretty stiff and it's not molded to your foot. It has a very thick boot shape to it. My feet were in pain, but the shoes do offer very good traction and were waterproof when I walked through water and snow.

I finally got a chance to try them properly. I love the color (got the green ones), and the fit is correct, but they are very stiff. No flexibility in the sole and it hurts my feet after walking a couple of blocks... I wish I could return them...

I recently bought the women newton plus hiking shoes, i see it very if wear it with little thick socks as I have no space on top of my toes and on side. Its like edges are putting pressure on my fingers. I hope i can het wide size in this because if i buy 9.5 and still its tight from side it would not be good for me to wear those shoes for more than 6 hrs. Also they are very stylish but i am returning or exchanging for higher 9.5 size or wider one but i see you font provide wide length.

I just received these last week. They are super cute and lightweight but they are NOT wide! I have actually been able to wear regular width lately but I figured since they were for outside mud etc I would get the wide to be on the safe side. They are so tight I could barely get my foot in them. I am hoping they stretch some, or my sister will be getting a brand new pair of boots. I have already worn them outside so I can't return them. Very disappointed since they are not cheap.

This boot runs very small in width and length. My pair also had the dreaded painful toe pinch. Too bad, because it's a nice looking boot. Returned.

Love the boot style but definitely runs small. I always buy size 7.5 shoes and have never had a problem with pinched toes or need to buy a wider shoe and these were definitely pinching my toes

Not very waterproof. My daughter wore them to class in the rain and wound up with soaking wet feet. The eyelet also broke off her first pair the first day she wore them. Would choose a different brand/pair next time.

I have several pairs of shoes snd boots from Columbia but there is just something wrong with these. I always order a ride, theses were labeled 8.5 wide but my feet were cramped and painful. Could not even wear them 2 minutes. Return.

Shoes were very comfortable but after hiking in them once (hiked a 14er in Colorado), big pieces of the sole are missing from the shoe.

Very cute but not comfortable! The sole is super hard no cushion or support.
