Online these shoes look comfortable, but they were wide and no comfort.

I planned on wearing theses cute sneakers in the Spring.

NOT COMFORTABLE. STIFF.

The shoes are beautiful but they are pretty uncomfortable

I did not like the fit . Thought the fit was rather sloppy . Also thought for the price point the quality could have been better . I did however like the way they look ..... ( but not close up ) Continue making boots......... that is your line ......

I found them very stiff and confining and they did not fit so I returned them.

I've never had to order wide shoes but these are so narrow you'd have to only have 3 toes In order to fit them. Size fit perfectly In length but made my feet numb after having them on while driving not even walking. Will most likely be sending them back!

Took them on a trip and they stretched out after one wearing. Disappointed in the quality of the shoe itself.

I wish that the stitching didn't rub my toes. Otherwise I really liked the style of the shoe. I have difficult feet to fit, having had surgery on both.

I have several UGGs which I wear daily. However the Sammy is different. I have not been able to wear this pair. They are not comfortable and hurt my feet. If I had kept the box they came in, I would have returned them. Instead they are sitting in my closet. Perhaps they do not fit me properly. Sorry to give this review.

These shoes are too narrow and tight fitting. My feet were hurting after a few minutes of wearing. I e been hoping they'd stretch out just a bit, but no luck. I purchased in white and when I cleaned them, the leather like trim bled onto the white. PLEASE bring back the Bren slip on. Most comfortable and durable shoe I purchased from Ugg.

I am sorry to say this is the first time I have not been satisfied with one of your products. The loafers are far too narrow in the toe box and I cannot wear them for more than an hour. More painful than wearing stiletto heels with pointed toes.

I purposed the White Sammy's (fabric) and I am very disappoited in the cleaning ability. I searched everywhere on line and tried two different methods to clean them. One being, with baking soda and water to make a paste and the second method was washing them. The baking soda worked somewhat but not enough to have nice clean sneakers. So then, I tried washing them in the washing machine and air drying. The taupe leather trim on the sneaker ran on to the fabric and stained them a taupish/gold color. Plus, washing them and air drying made them shrink. I do have a narrow foot and this method shrunk them too short and too narrow. I am so disappointed!

Toe too pointed, hence hurt foot.

I got one pair of shoe in Lodge color half size bigger than another even though they are all marked 7. I love the shoes, wanted to exchange. Customer service told me to wait for support team to send me a correct pair while holding onto the incorrect one. The whole process took 13 days including sending pictures to UGG support team. Finally, UGG support team told me to do it myself online and the shoes are sold out. I complaint to the support team person, Vinny, she finally said, we can honor another item you may want for the equal or lesser value of the original order price. "Honor", seriously?!! What did you honor me? Love UGG products, but the shopping experience of this time is really awful!

This is the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever tried. Very cute. Too bad. Sent them back.

Don't buy a white shoes because when I bought the UGG cleaner, it doesn't help to stay it clean. It's hard to keep it white no matter how I cleans it.

Soles on these are so hard they caused blisters. Can't even wear them.
