These shoes are adorable, but very narrow and uncomfortable. I wish they were wider and less narrow.

I read the reviews about this shoe style being narrow but I ordered them anyway as I loved the color, yes they were tight when I put them on but I was hoping they would stretch a little. However when I went to take them off I had a HUGE blister on my left heel that is still open, draining and painful. Haven't had this experience for a while. Sent the shoes back.

Quality of shoe is great but it is extremely narrow and awkward on the foot. I find them impossible to wear.

The shoes look awesome, but they are way to narrow and if I order a size up they will be too big. So unfortunate.

Willing to refund? Good customer. Look up.

I am so disappointed. I actually went into the stores and tried them and they felt fine. My teen-age daughter purchased them for me as a Christmas present. After wearing them after a few hour the material on the back of the heel was so stiff and tight I could not stand it. I was VERY disappointed. I wrote the company and received a subpar response, that I was beyond the time even though it was during the holidays. VERY unsatisfied.

The shoe itself is nice quality but it's narrow almost to a point in the front. It looked different in the pictures.

love the shoe. bought a larger size but was not good.To big at the heel, to narrow in the front. Love the shoe and tried hard to talk myself into keeping them, but had to return.Needed a wide in my correct size and it does not come in wide. Have to return

I didn't like and I wanted to exchange

I thought these would be more like the white slip-on tennis shoes I bought earlier in the summer. However, these do not have the same heel cover that they do, so the first day I wore them they rubbed blisters on my feet WITH bandaids on! I love my white ones, and I love the way these LOOK, but there is no way Ivan wear them for an extended period of time. Disappointing as I wear many Uggs because of comfort!

I wear a 7 1/2 and true fit says 7. Ordered 7 and too small.. figured they just need to be worn in..WRONG.. blistered feet was the result. PLUS material way harder than same shoe at a retail store selling UGGS. Now stuck with shoes I'm never gonna wear again and spent too much for.
