I agreed with the other reviews about this being too small. I have an embarrassing number of NB shoes, all 4E wide. These just felt too tight in the wrong place. Returning them.

Even though the show said wide, it was very narrow and the size ran small.

Beautiful shoe, comfortable fit for my 10.5 EE, which is usual for NB. In Rockport its a 10 W. Felt a little on stilts with the 824, but would have kept them if not for the right shoe making me pronate, lean in toward instep. Very disappointed.

This shoe was a disappointment. It didn't have much padding, which made it uncomfortable to walk in. The biggest surprise was that although I have 6 other EE-size pairs of New Balance shoes, this EE was too narrow. It felt cramped to begin with, and when I put in a padded insole I could barely get the shoe on. I returned it. I added a star because I think the shoe looks good.

Looks nice. Fit was poor and I always order the same size with NB. There are better choices out there

Disappointing. NB seems to be making their wider widths "narrower." This is the second NB set of shoes I've returned for the same reason.

Very disappointed with shoe. Look very cheap like I bought Kmart store sneakers. The leather look kills the shoe. I bought these cause NB didn't make the M80 shoe in sizes past 15 for bizarre reason That was by far best neutral shoe for working out than they come with V2 version only too size 15? Anyway hopefully this is last 824 model cause their like wearing plastic Jox from back in the day. New balance better get their game in order cause lot of recent shoes just are terrible especially cross trainers

Too Narrow for 2E width. Always bought New Balance for my son. 1st time they were too narrow.
