My son has a wide’ish foot so he wasn’t able to get this shoe on very easily. Once on, it wasn’t close to being his regular size. His toes were curled up. So we tried the 1/2 size up that I’d ordered (I had prepared to compensate for the fact that these only come in one width) and he said the same thing. Toes were still curled up at the end, though a little less hard to get on when we half sized up. I returned both pairs and kept a third pair of shoes I’d bought in a wide width that neither of us liked as much as these aesthetically. My son plays soccer and wanted some “soccer shoes” to wear every day, but without more than one width to choose from, that won’t be a possibility with Adidas. And remember, these run 1/2 to a whole size small regardless of the width of your kids foot. Style is super, cant comment on comfort because we never got that far but overall I’d love these for my son if they were wide enough and the sizes were correct.

These shoes worked perfectly for our 5-year-old. It was sturdy, but supple. However, as we ordered replacments, we have found the quality of the shoe has changed. The material has become quite stiff and quite uncomfortable. If adidas produces this shoe with a more supple sock part of shoe, it would continue to be a great kids' shoe. Too narrow a footbed to have such stiff material. Keen's makes an outdoor shoe which is much more comfortable now for our son who is tactile-sensitive. Zappos is great, of course, in handling returns.

I really wanted a shoe for my active son that would last for a while. So i purchased these even though they are more expensive than I usually go. Well they only lasted 3 months before holes started on top of the shoe, toe area. I was so bummed because I’d really hoped that by spending a bit more and having done a good amount of research comparison that these sneakers would have lasted at least 6-7-8 months. My son does like the feel of them and he has worn them almost everyday since we purchased.

I’ve bought these shoes a few times for my boys but this time within the first week of wearing them, the electric broke! So disappointed!

Poor fit , hard shoe , no soft insole , non flexible. Heavy clunky

I ordered this because my son needs the velcro closure. When it arrived it was a lace-up tie shoe string. It's being returned.
