Love love love this shoe! It’s super light and doesn’t make your foot look heavy or huge. Very attractive style and very comfortable.

I'm a new fan of Keen but I did not keep these. Instead I kept the Keen Targhee exp because I liked the wider toe box. This is a lower profile shoe, not just on the outside but your foot will sit flatter than some of the other hiking shoes out there. It fits a lot like a very stiff running shoe. The footbed/sole is stiff. You might want to try loosening up the laces a bit if you like everything about the shoe except that it feels tight on the top of your foot. Style wise...super cute!! Loved the color.

As many of the reviewers have stated, this shoe is narrower than most Keens. Also, initially I did experience some of the issues with the side trim and front feeling stiff and digging into the top of my foot. I almost returned them because of this, but I wore them around the house and they loosened up fine. They are light weight and very comfortable now that they have broken in. Have not have a chance to test for waterproof quality yet. I almost traded them in for leather pair because of initial stiffness, but the leather pair looked and felt very "orthopedic" and clunky. Glad I stuck with these! Give them a try!

This shoe satisfies my desire for a more stylish shoe. It's comfortable enough to wear all day. I put wider than normal because I have a wider foot & these feel good

This fits me better than the traditional keens, which I think are too wide for my foot. I have a narrow heel and this me great. I highly recommend it!

These had everything that I thought I was looking for. But, the sole just didn't seem quite enough for my liking.

I am a long-time wearer of Merrell Moabs. When I had to replace a previous pair of them, Merrell had changed the shoe to the point where it was very uncomfortable. I tried many hiking shoes looking for the perfect ones to take on a trip to Scotland. These were the ones I chose. One the trip, they remained waterproof through all the endless rain we had. They were comfortable beyond compare. I truly felt like I was walking on a cloud. The soles gave me great traction even on slippery (did I mention it rained?) rocks. And they actually looked less like hiking shoes than all the other shoes I tried. For fit purposes, I normally wear a 9 N with a very narrow heel in a dress shoe. The smaller toe box did not bother me at all. In fact, I felt like I had a better grip in this shoe than with my Moabs because of it. They are comfortable right out of the box and I didn't even need to break them in. I love these shoes. They are fantastic!

So close to perfect! The toe has great flex, and the shoe has comfortable support in the mid region, but my narrow heels slip and slide around in back. The cushioning is excellent. Wish this one worked.

I really love this shoe. I bought it for a trip to Greece where we'll be scrambling up stone steps, etc. I had to return the first pair and get the next size up, and decided at that point to order the waterproof version as there are more color choices. The shoe is extremely comfortable. I have very high arches and there is plenty of support. As to the toe box, my other pair of sneakers that I use for walking has a very large toe box (Brooks Adrenaline) and although the toe box in the Keen is more narrow, it is not too narrow for me. The other huge plus for me is that the shoe is very light which of course helps when travelling.

I usually take a size 9.5 in Keen Sandals, and they are plenty wide. These shoes were almost a full inch too long, and narrower than I want for comfort.

Returned for a different color but the style is super cute and seems very comfortable. Runs true to size. Heel seems very cushy, which I am looking for. Planning on wearing these hiking in Scotland.

So happy with these shoes! My right foot has a bunion and my toes get cramped from too tight a toe box. Not a problem with these shoes, they fit right out of the box! Size was spot on with my usual 9M. ~Thanks, Zappos!

Loved these shoes! They are snug, not tight. They fit my foot which is normally a 9-91/2. (I have a wide foot but it's not super wide.). I am returning these only because I'm not in love with the brown and white combo. If the other color was on sale, I would have chosen this shoe!

I'm on my feet for over 10 hours a day being a nurse, and this pair of shoes do the job. 4 stars for comfort because I don't feel much arch support. I usually wear size 5.5 for shoes with socks on, and 5.5 fits well. I have wider feet and it's a little snug but not uncomfortable.

I love these shoes! They were a bit pricey but I am so glad I got them - I have worn then now three days in a row! And they really are waterproof!

Very comfortable right out of the box but haven't hiked in them yet. Narrower toe box seems fine for my medium width foot. Plan to use these for hiking/walking on a month long European adventure. Wanted something light weight and waterproof that didn't look too clunky. These still look like hiking shoes but aren't as bulky as others I have tried. I usually wear a size 10/41, ordered 10.5 and I can wear them with thin or thicker socks - tightening the laces as needed. So, I'm happy!

I ordered two pairs of these shoes because I have Keen's waterproof leather hiking boots. These shoes were a disappointment...no leather, cheaply constructed.

Nice looking shoes. I know Keens run wide, but took a chance. Alas, the heel and entire shoe are too wide for me. Note that the 11 was quite roomy, almost too much so, for my size 11 feet. Seems like a great shoe for wider and thicker feet.

i really like the feel and the look. Unfortunately my bunion and wide right foot do not seem like they would be comfortable in this shoe. I wish they made a wide.

These hiking shoes are exactly what I had been looking for! They are so cute, and are as comfortable as tennis shoes. I had tried many different hiking boots (all too clunky, heavy or uncomfortable) and a different pair of hiking shoes, and this one was by far the best. They are so lightweight and fit well. The soles were very grippy. I took a hike along the beach and had to climb and walk on very wet logs. The shoes didn't slip at all and gave me excellent footing. I got splashed a bit, and my feet stayed dry, but I haven't tried them in a torrential downpour or anything like that.

Really nice shoe, seemed comfortable out of the box. A little too rugged of a look for what I was wanting. Would have kept it, but given the expense decided to return and continue searching for that perfect shoe.

I was looking for a hiking shoe, and I liked these, but they don’t seem to come in 10.5. I bought both 10 and 11. After wearing the 11s for a season, I’m not loving them... they don’t flex enough so they slip on my heel. This has caused the inside of the shoe at the heel to develop a big hole, but I have never had a blister from them. This shoe is kinda bulky, and I find them a bit deep in a way that they press on my ankle bone. Maybe this is for support, but it’s not a good feeling.
