I guess they run big? got the same size as my other crocs and there is so much more room.. I'm a 10 in mens so I dont understand why they don't fit.. I'm sad because I was really excited for them.

Too big. Had to send them back and reorder a size smaller

The problem is the lack in constant sizing. They are too big. I never know if I should order sizes 9 or 10 in men's. I love the colors. Can I still return these for size 9 men's Also it is so hard to get coupons credited to the purchases. I had to cancel my order 2 times when trying to use my birthday $15.00 also other $ 15.00. The numbers input are really long and said credited but didn't reflect the discount when totaled and entered balance. Disaappointed.

I'm very upset all the paint started to come off within 3 days and she was barely wearing them

The shoe just hurts my right foot pinky toe really bad it's just not wide enough for me. /: I wish it was I love them so much but I can't work in pain.

Very very hot to wear. Anti slip not very well either.

These are at least 2 sizes too big. I'm returning them right away and I'm nervous to reorder because they were so big and I have no idea what size to order now.

Ridiculous. These clogs are 2-3 sizes too big. Chose to use another return method other than UPS & if you do that, you have to pay the return costs yourself. No where does it mention this before choosing to do so. By far the worst experience with CROCS.

After only an hour of wearing these my feet was in so much pain.

I purchased these Bistro clogs for Christmas. After only two days of wear, the color began to rub off. I contacted customer service almost immediately and to date have not been contacted in return as it is stated. These are much bigger than classics or Baya clogs so I would suggest going down a size in these.

Didn't realize they do not have the air flow holes. A mistake on my part, but not liking this style even a little. I just hope my son doesn't share my opinion. Not at all being rude, he just has sweaty feet and I obviously did not check out the photo nor description.

I received the wrong color from what I ordered TWICE! My order clearly shows the color that I picked. I received a pair not even close to what I ordered. Contacted customer service and same wrong pair sent again. Obviously a problem here. SO be careful when ordering. Might just get some other random color. The ones I wanted are now sold out after trying to order twice. Ordered a black and white paisley pattern and got bacon and eggs.

i love the shoes they are great,but the color is not for me. way to shiny.

No problem with the shoe, the problem was the 12 days it takes to receive. Most other retailers get you your product in a couple of days. When I complained about the time they reminded me their website tells you it can take that long. So if you want them in a reasonable time, order elsewhere.

largest "roomy" M9 croc I've ever purchased - fit is so poor (length is 5/8 " longer than my other crocs) - I would like to return it but can't because it was a close out

These crocs were so cool for the first (2) days and we got so many compliments for them. However the fun didn't last long because all the colors started to come off so we are left with awful looking patchy white crocs

I thought the fit would be the same as the pair I have had for about 10 years. Granted I am older but the size was much tighter than expected. I won't purchase again and I will miss my Crocs.

I purchase this pair for my boyfriend for his (Birthday) and picked the same size that he has on his other TWO Crocs but when it came in it was way to BIG. I have been trying to return the pair back to Crocs since Monday the 20th and can't seem to be able to and when I called customer service- twice since then and I am getting a run around about trouble sending me a return label.

Product seemed great at first but the paint peeled off after the second week.

It had skulls on it that wasn't specified in description. I thought these were just a black & white diagonal print , not so !

These are very ugly. Not comfortable.

These shoes were very uncomfortable and too big for my face and because of diabetes I could nap with them
