Actually loved this shoe but admit to not liking the hook closure. It's OK once you figure it out but not necessarily desirable for actual use especially in an on and off situation....(no kicking off your shoes for shopping or temporary leisure. Crocs are actually great comfort shoes and I was so pleased they offered a 2 inch wedge style I'll try again.

The sandals fit and felt good on my feet, but my back was killing me by the end of the day. I could put my finger between my arch and the shoe: no arch support. I wish these worked for me, but they did not.

Buckles are very difficult to fasten - they keep falling off - not attached to the strap

Cute shoe but really funky buckle; not as easy getting in and out of as it states. Very comfortable thought when you do finally get it on.

The front strap was stiff and hit the top of my foot at a very uncomfortable angle, and the back strap was floppy and loose.

This was my first time buying Crocs brand. I'm sending these back. I find it odd and annoying that ankle buckle is not attached in any way to the shoe. When you unbuckle, they fall right off. It will be easy to lose this piece and also it makes it more work to buckle. Additionally, the only thing that kept the shoe from falling off my foot was the ankle strap. The band near the toes was *huge* on me; it was about a 1/2 inch off my foot all the way around. Though the sole of the shoe was properly sized, this made the overall fit seem too big/floppy. I'm giving 2 stars because there are a few things I liked: 1) the all-black styling (which is hard to find), 2) the wedge height is exactly what I was looking for, and 3) I like the light weight of this shoe.

I bought this shoe for my daughter because when she saw it, she had to have it! They were beautiful and comfortable! We paid the full amount for these as they were brand new and there was no sale. But for the look and the comfort, I had no problem paying that price. She had them a month, wore them only a few times.... maybe three or four times and the strap that holds the shoe to your ankle broke! I was so upset because these are suppose to be good quality shoes! This may have been a fluke, but I'm now stuck with a pair of shoes that she can't wear and is so upset over. My family is firm believer in having at least one pair of crocs, but this was really discouraging.

Dear Crocs, What on Earth were you thinking with this crazy 2 part buckle? It is absolutely ridiculous! As soon as I unbuckled them the first time I heard a plink, plink, plink across the floor. I soon realized the buckle isn't even attached to the shoe! No! There's a swimsuit fastener that's attached to the shoe. Who thought this up? It's twice as difficult as just buckling the shoe. I am really disappointed because I love everything else about this shoe and would've bought it in black also. I understand the idea behind an ankle strap that's easy to get on and off, but I would've preferred a Velcro closure over this. It's a pain to operate, it looks bad, and it's only a matter of time before the little buckle piece gets lost. I love this height wedge and leather color, but this crazy fastening contraption is a deal breaker. Please just use regular buckles on any redesign and keep the A-Leigh styles coming!

I was excited by the comfortable concept and cute design of this shoe. When it arrived, I observed that a.) it looked very cheaply constructed, b.) it was much larger than a size 5 usually fits, and c.) it was incredibly lightweight and would've probably been a very comfortable shoe had I liked the construction and had the size been right.

I purchased this shoe and was totally disappointed when I opened the package and found a poor quality shoe inside. The material was a poor / cheap quality that didn't resemble leather at all. Crocs usually produces very high quality merchandise, but this shoe does not reflect their quality brand. To make matters worse, I requested a postage paid return shipping label through the online service and was sent a Return Authorization Number WITHOUT the prepaid, barcoded label. I've tried calling and emailing customer services and have not gotten a reply from anyone. I'm a long-time Crocs customer but I'm quite disappointed with this current ordeal.

The buckle is weird...but honestly I could look past that if it weren't for the fit. The ONLY area they fit is the ankle strap. The heel part if these sandals is crazy wide and practically bunches up. The toe part is equally wide. Neither area hugs my foot as it should. My foot is not particularly wide or narrow. They flop on my feet when I walk. Only hanging on by virtue of the ankle strap. So the fit on these shoes is bizarre. I got them on final sale and I see why.

I was excited to get these shoes. They were stylish and offers the comfort of Crocs. However I was shocked to find a two-part buckle that I've never seen before where the main part of the buckle with the prong completely separates from the shoe. I first thought the first shoe I tried on had a defective buckle. Then I tried on the other shoe and found the same thing. What a terrible idea. The buckle with the prong completely comes off each time you put on and take off the shoe. How are people supposed to safe keep this buckle each time they take off their shoes? If you lose that part of the buckle the shoe becomes unwearable. Being Asian we take off our shoes every time we enter another Asian family's home which is quite often. Who wants to keep track of a shoe buckle every time you take off your shoes. I couldn't believe this buckle design was not a defect until I read another negative review with the same complaint. I can't return these shoes fast enough. What a shame as they were so cute and comfortable.

Do not like this one because of the weird buckle and the flimsy leather loop that would break easily. I do like the leather but not the heel plastic.
